I was young recruit in these years when the military had fallen out of favor due to the Vietnam war. Civilians were spitting upon the uniforms of men going home on leave. This all had an affect on morale and discipline within the military. One Vietnam veteran expressed a common theme that ran through the military when he stated that if President Nixon gave him the orders to march into Congress and shoot the congressmen he would be happy to do it. I stood guard on two occasions in bachelor officers quarters on our base and I was alarmed by the hatred these men expressed for the people of our nation and our civilian leadership. I was a member of the club, I was in the military, but I was convinced that our republic was in real danger in those years.

Tricky dick actually increased our involvement in Nam. Johnson tried to get a peace deal but traitor Nixon were in talks with the North Vietnamese to basically keep killing American soldiers. Tricky dick seems to had a lot of talks with the enemy at that time. Just like Nixon's involvement in Cuba and with Mafia types.
Reagan was on the Nixon tapes committing crimes knowingly discussing the payments to the men involved in the break-in. There's lots of things on Nixon.

Boy, it is just a sad coincidence for Lincoln that he was republican when this was another party. Abraham Lincoln was the 16th president of the United States and is regarded as one of America's greatest heroes due to his role as savior of the Union and emancipator of enslaved people. . Lincoln's distinctively humane personality and incredible impact on the nation have endowed him with an enduring legacy. Ironically he would've lost in 2016.

The President's meals are not at tax payers expense. They do have to pay for that. The only meals that are covered by the public are meals that involve diplomatic or official business for the benefit of the country. (For example State Dinners, hosting foreign diplomats or leaders, banquets)
So all that McDonald's Trump would have to pay for, just like that breakfast Nixon would have to pay for that. If memory serves correctly, they are given a bill and need to settle it at the end of their term.

There is much left out of this history, and that is the real reason why Nixon was as corrupt as he was. It all starts with his religious beliefs, and the New York Intellectuals, whom he was in bed with. He wasn't anti-communist, just anti-Stalinist, or so his group claimed. That was why he was so close to Mao and China.

Nah that was in the 90s. Led Zeppelin 2? Right era but still no. Andrew johnso. oh wait that was the 1800s. Damn. Talk about pseudo deja vu.
