So I actually went to the elementary school that Mary Kay Letourneau taught at in Seatac, WA. I was in the same grade as Vili Fualaau but had a different teacher Looking back now and also being so young. I don’t think any of us completely understand what was going on and how big of phenomena this would become. How crazy the media storm would be. It really did change that student/teacher dynamic and what was appropriate behavior in schools and with educators. And the story just got more bizarre, not just because Mark Kay was grooming and SA a child, but because the relationship continued! They had children and then got back together when she got out of prison! I remember going to the same HS as Vili (aka Buddha) as well Everyone knew of him there of course and it seemed he started to like his notoriety. Like so insane They both were very very troubled people who honestly ended up liking the media attention and totally capitalized on it.

I was at Mount Rushmore with my kids on July 4 a couple years ago and there were actors floating around being the dudes up on the mount.
I got a chance to talk with the Jefferson and a SMOKIN hot black chick walked by us and I was like God damn, I'd like a piece of that, right sir
And he just got this big smile and was like oh yes indeed
What can I say, that's commitment to character.

Its sick that you just ignored your kid for so long that they became mentally scarred an abuser, did you never check in on him What would possess you to just ignore hun and leave him with an unstable, possibly (and now confirmed) unsafe person

Loved the revelations about the fakery behind Supersize Me. There’s another documentary where the guy does the exact same thing, with merely walking a little every day, and after a month his blood work was better and he hadn’t gained any weight.
