What If Bats Were the Size of Humans?

This gigantic bat was captured on camera by a man filming his camping trip. He's been missing ever since. Stories like these have been swirling the internet for the past couple of years, with people using pictures and videos to supposedly prove that human-sized bats exist. But could bats really get that big? How dangerous would they be? And why could we make lots of money off their giant bat poop?

I seen 2 large creatures around 4-5ft tall that stood on their feet, one was on its hands and feet maybe eating and the other one, the one I locked eyes with was what seemed to be keeping a lookout.
When I saw the one standing as I walked out from a dark overgrown laneway at 2-3am, we locked eyes, I'll never forget the way it moved it's head, it was looking down at the other one and as it herd/seen/sensed me it pivoted it's head down to the left and up and ending up looking directory into my eyes.
We stared for a moment and it seemed more annoyed I had disturbed them not that I had seen them because honestly if that were the case I think I'd be dead! These things are POWERFUL!
They jumped higher than the eve's on the roof of the house they were next to and with 1 flap of their wings they were basically invisible had to have flown another 20ft higher and over the top of neighbouring house, they landed in a tree(more like crash landed) around 6 house's up the road(I watched and listened for 20+ mins and nothing else happened) I was kinds frozen behind a power pole I had walked backwards to out the front of my house.
They were a matte black colour, tight leathery skin with no hair, dark red eye's (like a monkey/US, tight pinned/pulled back ear's.
You can see the muscles and ligaments (like our necks when we tense) over their entire body.
Very slender arms and legs. (couldn't see the feet or hand's.
Could only see the shoulders, partial arms and above that when it was standing backside of the wings being wrapped around its body.
Wings were at least 12-15 ft wide (each)
(The reason I was out so late/early)Was a large flying fox colonie in the area at the time and we're swooping me at one time. (also strange)
This was Summer of 2016 in S. E. VICTORIA AUSTRALIA
I don't know what these things are but I NOW THERE IS OTHER THING'S OUT THERE WATCHING AND WAITING. but for what?

They wouldn't actualy have sush big groups as normal bats since they would be forced to compete too much with one another to get any food, unless they learn to manage and produce their food source in abundance, and in this case even with their size, if they are capable of breeding bugs reliably they wouldn't have the need to evolve a comon meat digesting stomach, bugs make more nutrients and proteins per feed and water than any of out livestock.
In general their evolution to get to that point would likely be mostly hamless (bats have less resistance to impact or puncture wounds than birds anyway) and quite fun.
Also they migth be able to keep the amazing inmune sistem of their kin, so they would likely be usualy even more harmless than comon bats since they would be less likely to encounter one of their own carring a sicknes, unles they have pet bats I gues.

True fact: Fruit bats cannot take flight from the ground. Their legs are designed to hang upside down, and are reversed. The legs are not strong enough for them to support their body weight. If you encounter a grounded fruit bat please call a wild life authority first. If no authority is available, only handle them with protective gloves or other protective covering and simply hang them in a tree as high as possible. Be kind, they are essential to our ecosystem!

Creepy Facts:
There are large bats somewhere on earth that still wander around the ground.
Large bats = More bacteria inside their bodies.
Vampire Bats might drain population on earth because of their blood thirsty mouth for blood.
The average bat is 2-3 inches their size, so if they would grow, they MIGHT be 4x bigger than an average adult!

-makes a video of what if gigant bats-
Me: fun
He: we will first talk about the normal bat species first, we will only talk about the fruit bats and
Me: bug bats!
He: vampire bats!
Me: THERE AREN'T EVEN 5 OF THOSE IN THE MORE THAN HUNDRETHS OF SPECIES OF KNOWN BATS, ONLY 3, AND THOSE ARE SO SMALL FOR A REASON.

If they were insect bats, they would wipe out a shit ton of insects thus saving us a lot of money on food (other than what they already do. Fruit bats or Flying Foxes would provide us with many trees and would require a lot of fruit to eat. Would they start going crazy and attacking people? No. They don't do that now.

There already are bats the size of humans. It just depends on how you measure them. There are several species of bats that have a wingspan that is as wide as a human is tall.

if giant sized bats were real, could we send them to space into a planet thats habitable for life and just let them evolve on that planet, that way we have Alien neighbour.

I don't think bat poop will be expensive anymore specially since you can go to sleep wake up and wind hundreds of kilograms of bat shit in your back yard

Fun fact: if a group of bat is flying away from a forest or hill in group that's means something very bad like a very strong creature or something worse

If bats didn-t carry as many diseases many animal experts say flying foxes would be slightly common pets. If you ask me that would be pretty cool!

The thing is if bats would be big there wouldnt be enough food to keep that many alive and the bat population will decrease by a lot
