if it never went extinct, human civilization would not have become what it is today, humans would have had to deal with it and its dangers since we evolved, if we even evolved to begin with. with that level of flying predator hunting humans, our entire evolution (both genetically and socially) would be effected by having to survive the threat. civilization, if it existed, would be completely different, likely a lot more underground and/or very densely packed buildings where being outside can be minimized, or protected one way or another. outdoor sports, concerts, plays, parks, hiking trails, camping, and so much more, probably wouldnt ever exist because of the danger. travel from settlement to settlement would be ever more dangerous, as would homesteading, which would make it less common, and there would be less trade and interaction between different settlements that did arrive. we could end up in a series of small tribes who barely know of the others, or we could keep expanding the safe areas of our settlements so they grow but its all one giant city instead of a state or nation with multiple cities spread out. most every metric of a society would be different, from how they are physically built, to how they are run politically, how they operate day to day as a citizen.
however, if they suddenly reappeared in modern society, it would likely play out as it did in your video, hunting small animals, being a threat to children, etc, until we had enough, then we would start hunting them, and they would quickly leave urban areas, or face their own extinction.

It might be bad for us at first, but within a week they'll probably be hunted down, captured and either displayed in a zoo or possibly used for experiments to revive its relatives, who knows.

Pretty sure it would eat humans straight from the start. If it could catch one it would eat one. It wouldn't hunt all small animals first. Logically it would eat whatever whenever.

We would kill them all in a week, sorry. They are huge but not bulletproof. No military needed. They are not stronger than grizzly bears and we nearly killed them all.
