So many designs so few stories and background to each one. This is what happens when you focus too much on the main line feature films and not talk about the animated series, Disney+ series, video games, novelisations, comics, or Legends. They didn-t even talk about the differences between the the Phase 1 vs Phase 2 Clone Trooper armours and why they-re like that. Not a mention on the Clone Commandos who are indeed Canon. They mention the 501st but not Rex and his own personalised armour. They didn-t even explain the skirts.

I always thought it was special effects to remove the camera reflection on costumes like captain Phasma. Gives me a greater appreciation for the actual staging and lighting. I love all of the costumes and the evolution of stormtrooper design

I always thought the first order flametrooper was the most intimidating of the first order troops. A harkening back to a dark period of world history. As for all the troops outright, the death trooper was always my favorite.

They spend half the video going over actual star wars storm troopers. Then the other half talking about the garbage disney made. Alot more detail about the garbage. You can tell they had a hand in making said garbage.

20: 53 How come we didn't see these type of Stormtroopers in The Rise of Skywalker, or did i not look closely at them in the movie?
(Btw i count -The Sequel Trilogy- as non canon, except for -The Mandalorian-)

Those aren't skirts, they are Kamas. They troopers we see on Coruscant with grey markings are not Coruscant troopers, they are the 41st Elite Corps. These people should open wookieepedia some time.

Man, you can criticize the Secuels and Disney all you want, but their stormtroopers are amazing. Shame they didn't put that much thought into their starfighters.
