This is absolutely terrifying. Not once did they give an example of someone telling the truth. In every example the expert knows the outcome and is making huge leaps of logic. Every behavior is described as evidence of a lie, even the contradicting ones. Anyone being interrogated by the police without an attorney is totally screwed. They'll see what they want to see and use every movement you make, every change in the pitch of your voice, every gesture against you as evidence you're guilty. Meanwhile they're allowed to lie, manipulate, intimidate, threaten all they want. Innocent people have been sent to death row because of this. Shocking that any of it is admissible in court, and we call it justice. What a joke.

There is no possible way to tell someone is lying off of what they do everyone is different and will act differently being pressured or questioned for example if they fidget they could have anxiety and they could occasionally notice and feel like the other person doesn't believe them and make the changes purposely whilst telling the truth best example I could give but the best indicators of a liar is flushing after being asked something specific or sweating maybe offer your lady some form of contact after asking something you're curious about you may feel a rise in there body temperature.

First off, never speak to an investigator! I mean ever. People who are guilty and innocent all behave differently. The only way a person is truly guilty is by getting caught in the act they are accused of. People respond to stress totally different when questioned. Then what if the investigator misinterprets the person being investigated response? I say make the police prove you are wrong through evidence they actually have. Don't give them the easy way and give them a confession. NEVER SPEAK TO THE POLICE!

Is there any accepted studies if people releases any kind of smell att different states of the mind? I mean dogs find out if you scare and all things of stuff by just smelling you, you choose partner unconsciosly by feromones, how they smell. Im pretty sure a emotional state changes the chemistry in the body and if we could ask the best dogs Im sure they know more about my wellbeeing and health than me by just releasing particles. A strange node but I wanted to come up with something new. Thx

Asian: Bro just lie, and do nothing else and make it clear make your face good don't make it suspicious. I've watched a TON of eyewitness testimony regarding a variety of topics.
I feel I've got a pretty accurate method in determining when someone is being honest:
Their personality isn't diminished by stress or intellectual use.
Now, if someone is wearing a -mask, - it doesn't mean 100% they are LYING. They could be insecure or nervous, etc.
But, if they are CLEARLY being -themselves, - odds are, they are telling the truth.

I would feel scared if I was brought into questioning because I'm a very honest person but just interacting with people makes me stressed and fidgety. people have thought I was lying plenty of times when I was really telling the truth and they had to wait till later to figure it out. Also getting my days mixed up is super easy for me.

Can we see this guy or any one of these experts use their skills in an experiment using the scientific method? Every time I ask this people get all mad like I insulted their mom by merely suggesting that it'd be far more impressive to see how accurate they were when they didn't already know if the person was lying already.

Many of these visual cues are effected by the culture you grew up in. My whole body language changed after I lived in Asia for 20 years. I actually had to re-learn how to talk to other Americans without discomfort. There are not as many -universal- physical signs as people might think.

So only when people are lying do they fidgit, or groom there hair? I think this systems getting a little old now considering we have a plethora of mental issues that would cause any of these things just on the regular, let alone locking someone in a 4x4 room drilling questions into them.
