Good on Anduin for finding dissenters amongst the Nerubians.
Once the Queen is removed and the chains Xalatah has cast has been severed. They may be open to change, after suffering a bit of internal turmoil of course. I do feel a bit bad for the Queen in a way. How Xalatath’s influence twisted her desire to uplift her people. If only she had sought other means. Such as leaving for the surface and opening new possibilities. But then we wouldn’t have the war we have now.
As for Anduin, he says the light won’t shine on him. One theory. Maybe what he’s seeking isn’t what he thinks. The light can’t shine on him from the outside, if he continues to have too much doubt in him from the inside. There’s also the case he may require a new spark from a direct source, or a new source. Like how the Dragon Aspects gained their new power.

God, I love how people jumped the hype train in believing that Metzen was bought to make Warcraft what it was before and give us a good story and not just a corporate move, just like the all big companies have done when they are in deep shit and want to continue in that shit, but they don't have a scapegoat for when, somehow the communities of fans doesn't like their shit. And voila! Exactly that! People that believe Metzen has creative control over the story are simply just deluded.

I would still like to know why they removed Alleria's face tattoo and put them on Xal'atath, as well as where Vereesa Windrunner was when Dalaran went down. And while we're not sure about Xal'atath's origin as an ancient being and all, it seems to me they're a bit too animated for a possessed corpse. I suppose they might have picked the female elf avatar purposefully, but it was my understanding that there just happened to be a dead elf nearby to possess when they broke out of the blade.

I have to say one thing, the whole Farin stuff was so annoying and I bet I can predict where they where they want to push this. This people are always so predictable. But to seeing the old Anduin makes me happy since he is my favorite character. So more scenes of him with Alleria would be awsome, since she is a cool character. And I wish that instead of Farin Genn would be here. Somehow the whole I see him as my son is forgotten, like the sword was for so long.

Man Xal'Atath is just so much more fun than a wow villain has any right to be. This is what the void should've been about for so long: horror movie stuff. Breaking down people's psyche and using their fears and relationships against them. And having fun doing all that! It's such an improvement from 99% of other warcraft villains.

I sure love that we have Tyrande 2. 0 here, infused with great power that slowly corrupts the characters train of thought, while they singlemindedly hunt down 1 person. They really dumbed down Alleria.
