Great attempt on story, I suggest a little more research into the kinds of issues that space farers would face but otherwise fine. E. g. why does the scream indicate danger for the crew, could it be aliens on the alien planet Maybe, and if so they could be making this sound as part of a mating call, could be hunting or being hunted, or could be singing like a. Again good go, I enjoyed it and this helped a tedious car trip go quicker so thank you: . Just wondering if it was written by a human or ai Just out of interest.

Love your narrative style, Sir! And yes, I must agree. although I am not judgy as a rule. a very young person must have written this one--I'm wondering if the story was written for a middle school project A good grade I bet. but I liked the kid's idea, tho, for sure!

I hate it when a voice of doom wakes me up. I also am quite afraid of the prospect of dying out there in deep space. literally hundreds of miles from home smh. Running out of fuel & exploding. literally falling out of space. The thought of it. I literally just can't.

Ok, so no ending I hate to say it but this was horribly written. Kept waiting for something interesting or some king of answer to any part of the mystery to no avail. The narrator sounded like Captain Kirk. and not in a good way.
