I mean. I think they put the two most generic examples of a millennial and a boomer together to show to the extremes how different they can be, but I don't believe either one of them is a permanent example of two generations. I am a Gen Z, I hate to see how different generations can be filled with so much judgement and hate. My neighbor is a boomer, yet we can hold a decent political conversation without making snarky remarks at one another. We both have similar beliefs about the political system and the life changing problems. Especially here in Florida, where the oceans are definitely at risk with so much plastic. We are both here, we both see that before our very eyes. I think in the right circumstances, you really can see the best of two completely different people who want to strive for a better world around them. Once we get over our differences, we can see that our hearts are in the right place.
Side note, we may have so much technology now, and we all decide what we want to do with it. It's something that can connect us all around the world, help us research our curiosities. What exactly is so wrong about that? Being curious creates innovative and creative minds.

I can taste the irony about the coffee and marijuana! marijuana is mostly homegrown now. caffeine messes with your chemical balance and companies pay for fake studies just as much as cigarette companies did. the most profitable companies in the world are energy drink companies because of the addiction model. caffeine is way more toxic than weed.
caffeine addiction kills attention span and causes the same physiological symptoms that anxiety causes.

Yo I'm gen z and I've never cared bout climate change. until I read something in economics class that was like poor countries gonna end up with no water and the worlds basically gonna start going down hill by 2025. That when it hit me that I'll still be alive by then so it actually will effect me.

I feel like the younger gen zers, are being pre taught on how to help with climate change because when we still had school in my classes we were taught about climate change 75% of the time in history, we had a few lessons on it in la, and like 1 in science

To be fair, presently its kinda difficult to not use ur phone because alot of people get school or work notifications from there. Everything is technological. But the dopamine thing was true.
