Nothing new here, android / human conflict videoes are a dime-a-dozen. The writer could have moved onto the an-android-child-never-ages story line instead.
A better story: Two human parents keep the authorities from idenifying their android child by moving every few years. The human parents grow old, the android is forever a child. Desperate to keep their child, the ederly parents engage with a shady android reshaper to fashion 'aging' bodies for their previous toy. Suspense: Is the reshaper what he seems Will the android-child still be so sweet in an older shell Emotion: Will the andriod-child-no-adult cry over its parent-owners, or with there be a slight smile in the end credits

At least this had an actual ending and can stand on its own, unlike a lot of other Dust films, which just seem to be the set up for a longer story. The story was a little weak, but at least it had good production values, and was suspenseful WITH AN ACTUAL CONCLUSION. I come away from a lot of DUST shorts feeling cheated. They're good, but I feel like I wasted my time, because they feel like feature-length movies that got snipped off after fifteen or twenty minutes.

Why anyone would care this much for an android. It's not even a cybernetic organism, so it's 100% robot without living tissue. What happened which made law 1942 come into existence
I was given no reason to sympathize with the couple, who seem to be presented as parents.
If people would care that much for a robot, then law 19-42 would actually be a good thing!

Can't exactly describe my feelings right now. Perhaps a second viewing would help take in the enormity of the premise. There's so much going on without the clutter. The anxiety was palpable, and the kiss on the forehead came as a meaningful underlining of gratitude and love. Must say the film was beautifully crafted. Hope there's more soon.

Terrific! The music giving me a feeling of dread was definitely part of what led to my expectation of seeing something more horrific in there Certainly I imagined there'd be more of them, in a wider variety of ages with others Lisa's age - ie younger 'bots.

Hello Julien. I had to watch this twice. the second time I thought. vaccines and vaccine cards. I have heard it said that this vaccine they want us to take could alter our DNA-RNA. and by law you have to have a vaccine card to buy, sell and travel. Good film. Thank You

Way too obvious that it was robots. Maybe if the job was done in a clinical setting.
And. Nexus 6, more human than human Did they not get that masterpiece of science fiction film noire in France Well made and acted but the story was derivative

I was expecting the doctor being a kind of expert in a forbidden surgical work for resurrecting corpses but the ending took me by surprise and let more questions than answers.

Kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time! I’m a little confused though. Was she human at first and got ill so he turned her into an android Was she always an android If so, why does she exist in the first place

It's surly illegal to bring back the dead. Most importantly it's reasonable why they would go that far.

Too predictable. That might not be such a problem if the story didn't keep hammering there's a twist, there's something you don't know. To be fair, I had two working theories (reversing the bio/cyber roles of characters.

Ok so I kinda thought that they were reanimating people and the things in the barn would be all like. meatweird With pulsing flesh and that so I was pleasantly surprised by the mechanical nature of those in the barn.

Nicely done filmmakers. Great story, great acting. You could sense where it was going when you saw the Doctor's operating room, but it still didn't give anything away. The score accented the film work. Quite effective.

Typical example of when all the elements of movie making come together. Story, script, direction, location, acting, music, cinematography. Very well executed, atmospheric, absorbing, and very watchable. Great work.

Lots of clues made the ending predictable but the acting and sound track were awesome at keeping me engaged. And, I had to use the captions as my French is very limited. Nicely done.

Loved it! Thought I was going to have to do a search for a backstory on this wonderful story and the ending - surprising - and nothing what I thought it was going to be. Great job!

I have always believed, I could see an android as a human counterpart. If real enough. Sometimes I feel as if I were dropped here, rebooted, and. Messed it all up again. Oh well.

This was so creepy, just wondering what they were doing the entire time. I thought they abducted the little girl. The ending made it all clear, but really it was creepy.

Excellent! I agree with others on expanding on this. It's very easy to imagine this as just a snippet of a few pages from a very long, but, enjoyable book.
