Without forced, rigged economies GTAO and RDO are incredible games. The monetization is why I eventually quit playing both.
RDO was more subtle than GTA, tho. The economy was hunt driven, pelts, meats, etc.
Then, magically, the animal numbers on consoles were throttled at like, 14+ people in the game world.
And then it was a grindfest.
Maybe it's better after a couple years but I'll always remember hunting in early RDO fondly. Helluva game for it.

To be fair, if people are cheating in your game then you made a good game haha.
I agree that cheating comes with the territory and there isn't really a good way to stop it without ruining everyone else's fun as well unfortunately. Somehow they always get through but thankfully in bigger games there are so many legit players it's quite rare to see cheaters now.

PC has everything they don't need Rockstar games too I mean I don't hate on PC games or gamers, I just feel most PC gamers act mad smug about -such and such game runs so much better on my PC- and it honestly feels good to be able to retort back...anything ya know but everything else i can get behind

Just cus you can do something doesn't mean you should. What fun is playing a game if you bypass the parameters that make it a game?
Figure out how to keep them from being used in multiplayer mode and I will change my tune.

The gta online is too much of a grind shit is old and a lame excuse myself and a majority of ppl in my crew don't buy shark cards or cheat and we got plenty of money and I haven't even played in 11 months

My number one mistake is rockstar social sign in; I-m annoyed that I need to check in once a week, and have to register/sign into both pc and the rockstar program in order for me to play.

GTA online was (is?) so bad it entirely turned me off the game. I-ve never played though GTA 5 because of it and am only starting it because it got it for $10 on the MS store last week.
