That motion billboard only looks cool BECAUSE we're watching it on a flat monitor. Your brain then interprets that into a sort of 3d. If you were actually there and looked at it you'd see it's just flat and one long screen with another smaller one at the end at 90 degrees to it.
Same think with those pavement chalk illusions. Works great as a photo but seeing in real life, crap.
