Video game design is always evolving, but when it's throughout the lifespan of a series, it's often more noticeable. Here are some game franchises that changed DRASTICALLY over time

I really don't understand the point of waiting so long to destroy someones ship in Eve Online, but I obviously don't play the game. Did they do it just to say they destroyed some guys $3000 ship? Do they gain anything from it? I thought at first they wanted to steal it, which makes sense, but to destroy it seemed like just a dick move to me... but I guess I don't understand.

Super odd that castlevania lords of shadow series weren't mentioned despite this video title. Gives me an awkward feeling of uncertainty regarding credibility which is hilarious cuz I watch a ton of these lol. Btw I dig all of the castlevania stuff aside from a few turds. If u game and like castlevania, check out the 3 lords of shadow games.

As much as I liked and enjoyed FF15, I pretty much hated everything about it (I know that doesn't make much sense), but the combat system is one of its weakest points. I think FF7R is much better in that regard. As someone who has played FF games for a long time, I am not looking forward to FF16.

They really just dumped Dynasty in the trash.. that game was so good with so many loyal fans and they were just like... nope.. we don't want millions of dollars and success. We're gonna have people wander around until they find an easy fight thats over in 10 seconds

Dude, I assumed you were around my age, but how old are you if you don't know RE4 was a GC exclusive? To say it released on the Wii is not only wrong, but you literally could have spent 30 seconds googling it to see when it came out and on what system...

I've never really considered Zelda RPG. I mean Z2 had some RPG elements but that's it. It's always been an adventure game. And idk what the hell you be talking about with BotW. Nothing RPG about it. Pure open world action adventure.

when 4 hit resident evil change drastically, i only like the ones before 4. 4 and up are good games but they have nothing to do with resident evil story.
doom 3 was way more like doom 1 and 2 then the new doom games.

I'm a great fan of the fire emblem series and I felt thankful that they added it here, the memories when I played it when the graphic was still very low was one of the happiest moments in my childhood

The first -Dynasty Warriors- is actually an unrelated game that western audiences had the -shin sugen mosuden- series put under.
This is why -Dynasty Warriors 9- is -shin sugen mosuden 8- in Japan
