This would-ve been a great business venture like 10 years ago but Bethesda-s reputation right now is hot trash. I know I will not be buying any up coming Bethesda games no matter how good they make them look. I just don-t trust developers to make a decent game that works anymore, same reason I-m not buying cyberpunk 2077 or really any triple A titles. The gaming industry is so greedy now it-s disgusting, and I don-t think it-ll ever be the same again. Rip to the good times!

UGH I am so late. Somehow this just never occured to me until a few minutes ago. Trying to sleep my stomach drops and i grab my phone and yep stuck awake now. This sum bs even though im team xbox anyway i know this is nothing but bad news for gaming as a whole

You missed the point of this business move,
this is the fist step of microsoft to monopolize the consoles war,
their trying to capitilize in the PS5 sales by making games for both platforms.
Games exclusives are only second priority to up XBOX series X sales.

All I can really say is I-ve always played Bethesda games on PC ever since I realized how much better they run on them , even if Bethesda games were only released on Xbox and PC and not on PlayStation or Nintendo or w/e , I-d still be buying it for the PC .

So fallout 5 gonna be sucess? Hope so..favourite franchise ever personaly and i hope it wont be exclusive because i always been on ps since ps1. Xbox looks feels cheap and their controller is very bad in all ways..

I see this as a absolutely win. I'll have to buy the new xbox or pc sure, but Todd Howard can no longer have the excuse of -it just works- with a multi-billion dollar WORKING tech company watching his every step.

PS5 will still get Bethesda games - but they'll be 'first or better' on Xbox. Microsoft's purchase of Bethesda and its parent company ZeniMax Media was a proper 'wow' moment in the tech and gaming world

They should make everything exclusive considering Playstation fanboys mock Xbox players for not having exclusives. Moreover it wont be any loss as Microsoft launches all their exclusives in windows!!

Bethesda-s was once the best game creator but now it-s is no different then EA but Sony has best game series like god of war horizon zero dawn uncharted so I think I-ll buy a ps5 rather then Xbox

I wish every game was available on every platform. But that's not how business works, no one will buy play station if there is nothing special about it. Well then everyone will go for a PC.
