I don't know if anyone else found this or if it means anything but during the mission where you're going thru the shootout in the jungle as bell there's a wooden hatch and a ladder leading underground, the guy will tell you to stay in course but the ladder breaks and bell falls, it was all dark and then I heard it, I stumbled into a zombie spawn area. They ended up getting me then the loop started over again.

You can actually find an extra arcade machine in the very last mission when you-re suppossed to go through the red bunker door. In the scenario where the bunker door just leaps away from you, several other doors open around you, and there should be an arcade machine in oke of the rooms on your left hand side
