Fire in video games is an often overlooked thing. Here are some of our favorite games that utilize it in fun, interesting, and graphically impressive ways Ghosts: Far Cry 2 has the best fire effects ever. I had that number 1 on my list before I even watched the video.
Resident Evil Village has some nice looking fire close to the beginning when you're helping those 2 people get into the house and escape the lycans.

Naughty dog has to be one of the best if not the best at producing video games the last of us and the uncharted series are such brilliant games that there-s only a handful (not even that) of games that I think are better from different studios

As a fireman I-ll say tear down is impressive, the fact that smoke coming out of the structure actually has variable velocity and density is pretty damn close to what a real structure fire looks like

What, no Breath of the wild? Fire creates updrafts, burns wooden weapons and armor, spreads, etc. It is a major element of the sandbox gameplay.

I once set a tree on fire on a minecraft server, it spread so fast we couldn't contain it and literally burned down the server. -

Another cool thing about RDR2's fire is that the hair will burn off your enemies and you won't be able to loot them afterward

I no it's lame but Fortnite - love burning the forests down ; not realistic but feels deeply satisfying and I don't know why
