As a fan of Playstation, and it being my primary choice for gaming, Bethesda's games, especially Bethesda Softworks games, are half-assed on Playstation anyway. The only way to get the best experience playing Fallout and Elder Scrolls is on PC, so it doesn't change much for me. However, it's a big kick in the face to people who exclusively have a PlayStation and support those games.

exclusives mean better games. just like trying to make a game cross generation hurts the game in the long run, making a game cross platform slows development and limits what developers can really do with the engine. im not completely for it or against it, but it makes for better games.

I always rocked with Xbox, but when they started to buy out all these companies just because their own studios sucked at making games I sold my Xbox one and got a ps4. Microsoft has stolen beloved franchises from all players and I just can't support that.

BGS have been ruining the fallout franchise for years, it being an exclusive is honestly not a surprise. I want people to be able to play the game they want on whichever platform they choose, but I suppose thats just wishful thinking.

Im sorry if you disagree with this but its true sony bought this on themselves they tried to exclusive all the games and thought xbox wouldn't retaliate but now they have everyone is in outrage well im sorry its your fault

If it's pc/xbox is that still considered exclusive? I mean it's still two platforms and it seems like pc gaming is becoming very popular. Also handheld devices have access to the same content via gamepass

Remember folk. PlayStation made this happen. A platform built upon exclusives. Guess Xbox got annoyed and done with PS.

I m a PlayStation guy over here (have been since the og console, but I still found myself picking up an Xbox series S the other day just for exclusives, both current and upcoming.

Too long didn t watch: Square Enix is weird, Microsoft owns everything and all your favorite games will eventually be exclusive to Xbox, BUT Destiny might be PlayStation exclusive

Personally think Microsoft buying Activision is great. Xbox get to pretend they have some games and Sony will be forced to make their own FPS that will be better anyway.

I will be sad if Fallout 5 is exclusive. While I wasn't a fan of 4 story while, gameplay wise it was pretty good. I just want Fallout to be great on all platforms

I never cared much for exclusives games because they always turn out to be overrated by rabid fanboys of the platform, some are straight up bad games like Halo

exclusivity has to be the worst concept, i understand its purpose but damn i hate it when i cant play a game because i cant afford to buy a new console.
