Top 15 NEW FPS Games of 2023 GangsterBean247: There's a lot of interesting games coming out this year, the ones I'm most excited for are the Destiny 2 DLC: Lightfall, Atomic Heart, and STALKER 2, Can't wait to play these when their released. There's a handful of other games that I didn't know about that look really interesting, Starfield for instance seems like it would be a blast but knowing how buggy Bethesda games are I'm skeptical about how it's going to play out. The other games on the list I'm going to keep an eye on, because they look like a lot of fun bringing in some new ideas for games.

does anyone remember the name of a game announced quite some time ago now. it's not an FPS, it's like a tabletop, cartoon-ish game that seemed quite dark. it was a little guy with a backpack and sword. there was a bit in the reveal trailer where he fell into a shallow, derelict swimming pool. Gameranx have covered it before but it's killing me that I can't remember it's name! the games been quiet for a while.

im getting kinda cynical about games ever coming out after 2021; cant help but shake the feeling that most of these releases will be in horrendously buggy states or worse, wont even come out for another year or more. Life's short and looking forward to games in today's market is really making my patience wither away and demotivates me from even playing the newest releases that did miraculously come out.

Two points. First: When will people stop dick-riding Bethesda games? Isn't Starfield using the same engine y'all have been shitting on for like a decade and a half? Y'all went ahead and put it no. 2 because Bethesda's marketing buzzwords totally worked on you gamer bros
Second: You need to say the name of the games more. Like once to intro it, and at least once more to outro and segue to the next

Ah yes one of those videos about FPS games launching in 2023. Half of them will not even launch in this year. Remember Witchfire?
Also I dont understand why everyone says Atomic Heart is heavily inspired from Bioshock? It is definitely inspired from that game but also has elements from many other games. It seems more heavily inspired by Fallout, minus the apocalyptic wasteland.

Y all should do a games that NEED to be remastered video haha. 4 that immediately come to mind for me (& consoles I had em on) are Jet Set Radio Future (Xbox, Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee (Xbox, The Warriors (Xbox & PS2, and Transformers War for Cybertron (Xbox 360) both of the Transformers games are good tbh & I d love to see all 4 of those for new systems.

I gave up on live-service generally because I don't want to go backwards. I don't play with other people so there's no value to rinse/repeat content for me. Once I finish whatever single-play content there is I'm done. Warframe might be the only exception because it's just so damn cool, but I haven't played that in a year or more now and I'm not missing it.

You keep talking about horde of zombie games, literally name 7 of them that came out, this is literally dome psyops. Dying light, cod, dead rising, Killing floor, DayZ, project zomboid, Dead Rising and WarZ, literally can't think of anything else, people make it sound like there's hundreds of them, therE' s like 20 if we'Re lucky

Aww come on man you put in the Amnesia game which isn't even going to be about shooting, you put in Luna Abyss which means you know about indie games and hidden gems. But you never include the most indie games or hidden gems. First Signalis and now Amid Evil's dlc The Black Labyrinth. I'm always disappointed Gameranx.

Came back to destiny 2 for beyond light after a long time out of it. Got sucked in really hard. Pretty much took a season to catch up, a season to get really sucked back in, and a season to fall out of love again. I still really like the game, but it's just way too much of a grind for me to continue playing.

I am hyped for starfield. But the word randomly generated, kills about 30% of my anticipation for anything ever. Randomly generated crap is almost never done well. Closest exception to that would be Remnant From the Ashes. And that only worked because they did randomly sorted handcrafted segments.

As always, great content Gr! Hats off Jake and Falcon.
Awesome to see S. T. A. L. K. E. R II up there. My most anticipated game in recent memory. At least 5+ years. First and foremost, hope everyone over at GSC is doing as best as possible considering the current circumstances.

IGI was one of the first games I played and it was realy nice for the era and was hard as hell. its second version was also a fun and challenging game. it's surprising why nobody at gameranx never talks about the IGI. it deserves some mention. I'm really looking forward to their next game.

I think the best things about S. T. A. L. K. E. R. 2 are the fact that it s seemingly bringing more people to the game franchise being more mainstream and high profile, and also watching the Eastern European fans reacting to the reveal trailer. They went absolutely ballistic

I was a bit meh on Atomic Heart, but from what they've been showing lately it looks a lot more ambitious and interesting than I previously thought. If they dont mess up what they've shown here, Im predicting it will be in the GOTY conversation at the end of the year.
