I only payed 10 for the Order 1886 and I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. It really is a shame it didn't take off because it's obvious the developers knew how to utilize the PS4 incredibly well. Yeah it's basically a walking simulator interspersed with light gunplay but the world they built, the unique gadgets and story and great attention to detail is surely something to admire. It has some of the best clothing simulation I've seen from the generation. As someone really fascinated by late 19th century London the game is worth the price of admission just to be able to travel through a beautifully constructed rendition of the city from that time.

Joel's call to action is only because of the emotional impact his daughters life had on him, as the POV character the writers want us to share his emotions so that way it feels like proper character agency when he ultimately decides to leave his safe zone to risk his life for some random kid he has never met. The opening to the last of us was so shocking that it alone would of cemented the game into history, but to follow it with a story that builds off that prologue is the reason why it will forever be considered one of the best games ever. It literally has better writing than most movies that have came out of Hollywood in the last 5 years

Something else cool about the pyramids in AC origins is they have the big void within the pyramid modelled, however, the paper that released the discovery of the void was released a month after the game came out. This is because some of the team were following the work of Jean-Pierre Houdin, who theorised that the void was there based on how the pyramids were constructed, and the Ubisoft team were convinced by this research enough to actually model it in the game, despite the game beginning development in 2013, a whole 4 years before the release of the paper confirming the void within the pyramid.

The problem with building owners taking issue with being depicted in games is ludicrous, this is not advertisement material, its not part of the games intellectual property, in court this would go nowhere, otherwise every single person who has ever taken a photograph in public would be liable, and thats just ludicrous.

I can very vividly remember getting a Sega Saturn for Christmas when I was a kid, right after they came out, and being absolutely blown away by Panzer Dragoon and how insane the graphics were at the time. Even when the OG XBox and Halo first came out and how crazy that seemed too. Times sure have changed!

Actually, mirrors were made merely for people to look into and chack themselves out, they were also made for their ability to reflect light. In some of the most beautiful and intriguing locations mirrors were installed to reflect ambient light and help illumination of certain areas/rooms of a given type.

Hey, Falcon. Out of curiosity, what's the chance of uploading these videos twice but do the other version with night comfort. I usually see these videos as I'm going to bed and the blinding white transitions between games isn't very pleasant on the eyes
Other than that, love your guys work

Finally getting to play Cyberpunk on a 3080 with cranked settings, it's just one of the most beautiful and well realized cities I've ever seen. I know its not real looking, but especially at night while driving in a car, the way shadows and lights look with full ray tracing just gets me every time

As an european hiker, when I played Kingdom Come: Deliverance and I wandered in the forest, it is hard to describe how REAL it felt. It was such an amazing experience to feel like I used a time-travel machine and explored my country side but in the middle-age period.

There s a rock festival held at the Daytona speedway every year and when I saw my friend racing the Daytona road course on GT7 I was able to pinpoint exactly where they had set up stages, concessions and even the spot I fell asleep at waiting for the Slipknot show to start

I have been wishing for it for years. Give me a base world for graphics & physics such as that of The Last of Us 2, and design a tool that can use any area taken from satellite maps, and create the playable map accurately. It would be the beginning of the true metaverse.

You forgot to mention the most realistic graphics in the Yakuza games like 0, Kiwami 1&2, 6 and even the part 7 game Like A Dragon. Why everybody keep saying The Last of Us Part 1 wasn't necessary but everyone keep praising the remake of Dead Space.

another thing for AC origins: in the deserts, at least when far enough in, you can look around and it looks like there's lots of plant life, but its quality is blurry because its seen through very hot air (air moving specially cuz of high temperature)
