As a long standing Bf fan i am kinda dissapointed. I think BF6 is incredibly mediocre and underwhelming. It is the completely bare minimum a battlefield game should be, nothing is impressive, new or interesting. The UI design and menu is terrible. The SP is completely dogshit storywise, but who cares about that. I have played the last two days and honestly i don't wantto spend more time in the game, it feels like cod slop and not at all like battlefield. I remember the urge to download older BF games again though. ALl in all the hype is unwarranted, i think BF2042 has been such utter dogshit that BF6 which is just a game, a playable game is enough for people to excited about it. I guess from here on it can only get better. Bf6 atleast offers the possibility of improving over time.

My biggest problem with BF6 is the new match making system, or lack of a proper server browser. Im being placed on the map I just played several times already after just 1 day of playing, and the absolute worst is when you get a lobby thats just 50% bots. Why on earth am I placed with bots in a multiplayer game
Jade mentionted the custom search being pretty decent, but I dont think he actually tried it much then. You cannot choose locked weapons in the custom search and even when you have selected your custom search, its disregarded completely after 1 match and you have to quit and do it again, not to mention it often doesnt follow your custom seach on the very first try even.

I was really really into bf4 for a long time and loved everything about it. So to me the maps in this game kinda suck so far. They are too small, even the big ones are just boring and lack sustenance. And there is no water in the game! What happened to islands separated by bridges and boats Also, I used to love sniping in bf4 but the scout class is not good in this game. Very minimal places to perch and snipe from. They also removed the spawn beacon from scout and but it in assault Why Also the vehicles controls are so bad. Don’t like it so far at all. I will continue to play to see if it grows on me but I did not have a good first impression of this game.

Ah, yes. The classic After You Buy series. Man, this is the best multipkayer I've played in many, many years. Maybe since MW19 before the meta crap. Hell, maybe since BF1 and Titanfall 2. And this one is honestly shaping up to be one of the greats in the series. Solid launch, no game-breaking glitches, serviceable campaign, solid multiplayer offering with guns and maps, stable servers. I have no issues with it whatsoever. This feels like a game from the 2000s, where you'd get a proper game from release.

Battlefield should take a step towards more hc experience.
200% bullet damage, no minimap.
HC BF (latest games from BF3) is just the best. It feels the way it should be.
Every weapon is deadly. Weapon characteristics and pure skill becomes more meaningful for gun play, instead of DPS melting enemies.
HC has more dynamics overall in combat as you need to be more careful, but you can stand a chance with a variety of weapons (range and DPS is not a ruling factor over skill.

Iwont buy it maybe for 20bucks, i didn't play bf since bf1, I think I will never play it again. Played bf from bf1942, loved the games Especially bf4, i hoped bf6 will get like this but no. No class specific weapons, no more medic class, To many kids from cod, to many Toxicity, to many k/d gamers, no teamplayers. I'll stay with tarkov.
bf4 times 32ppl had one goal maybe 1-2 only played for kills, but now its opposit. 32 ppl and 70% dont care about the objectiv.

I played BF4 after the beta concluded and I still needed to scratch my battlefield itch
The AR’s in BF4 compared to now are so much better in my opinion. Even with the foregrip attachments, the guns still kick like crazy, and LMG’s don’t have much recoil at all. Something that needs to be addressed in my opinion. Regardless, still having a good time playing it with my friends. Would love to see them bring Canals map from BF3 back as well.

BF6 sucks, this is a call of duty and 2042 mash up game and both suck. i wanted this to be an upgrade from BF4 it is not. this is COD with vehicles wrapped up to look like a battlefield game. lets just run around in circles and shoot each other. The ones that will like this game don't know BF at all. Don't these developers ever get player input, my god how do u f$# this game up so bad. I'll go back to BF4

Look i like bf6 but it doesn’t match bf4 in several areas squads strategy the tenacity even the weapons and models, the gameplay is fluid and you can approach the battlefield strategically and have fun.
Now bf6 feels like a meat grinder it’s definitely better than bf2042 but merely doesnt feel different, it’s definitely fun and imoroved but the king will be bf4 and alot of players went straight back after few hours lol thats just me

the Beta-Maps were shit and im afraid i dont like the one's on launch either.
the Maps are too crowded!
even Operation firestorm has been cut in a way that makes long flanks impossible.
this Battlefield feels like its mostly infantry gameplay.
its good enough but i really hoped the Maps would be bigger.

I’m gonna wait for it to go on sale. It looks better than the beta. But my overall experience was mid. It felt better but just wasn’t exactly battlefield for me. I think vehicles need to be what they were like the older games. My only other gripe is the assault class. Just make him the medic again. It’s a worthless class in my opinion. Other than that it’s looking decent.

I used to love playing battlefield back in the day, but I have been debating on if I wanted to buy this one or not because of how poor and lackluster 2042 felt at launch, to the point that I had my game refunded the first day after buying it. This certainly looks like the old days for Battlefield, but I think I'm going to wait until it drops in price before I play it personally.

Question What is the reward of this battlefield game Just asking because I am a looter shooter player that loves loot and building a character over time. Idk how I feel about the new Battlefield game. It feels more like CoD, and the maps are only medium/small sized, and are dense cities, and there's only like 1 tank. What happened to the massive battles where there are people vs people but then at the same time there are vehicle vs vehicles both on ground and in the air.

My k/d is facked but ive been having a blast! Game feels so fresh. My only gripe is in a game where the destruction is paramount, im getting stuck on plastic chairs and tables that are anchored. so when i can blow up a building and shoot through a wall but you cannot shoot through Ikea furniture lmfao

I don’t really understand where people are getting this feels like BF3-4 sentiment. I played endless hours on those games, and this game to me feels exactly like a way more polished Ground War from MW2019. I’m still enjoying the game, but it really doesn’t FEEL like BF - it just looks like it.

I actually enjoyed the campaign, not so much the story but just enjoying it as a casual safari adventure style narrative. Look at this cool thing here! Ohno there's a bad scary thing happening but it's also exciting! And if you look to your left you'll see military buzz words! Hoo-rah. Fun times.

BF6 is an adjustment as a yearly COD player since 2007. It’s been a breath of fresh air vs the cracked out, twitchy movement of BO6/BO7 beta. I won’t be playing BO7 this year since my 37 year old reflexes aren’t what they used to be and the futuristic crap isn’t my thing. Way to go, DICE.

PC requiring secure boot sucks. Took two hours of troubleshooting a black screen after enabling, thought I bricked my mobo. All good now and the game looks great, but I’m just about to get to launch the game after my whole Saturday morning being CMOS resets and UEFI fiddling. Bleh.

It might be too early to say, but I think this battlefield is on par if not BETTER than 3 and 4. Although a few bugs and weapon balancing I think this is the best foundation they’ve built and I can’t wait to see what maps they add (DAMAVAND PEAK PLEASE) we are so back lol
