i mean when you look at apple they've always pushed to be industry standard in workplaces. i think steve jobs wanted his computers to be work and productivity related rather than a $2000 gaming pc and he really doubled down on that by only allowing like a handful of games to run on macOS. only issue is. today in 2018, you can build a pc run it on windows or linux and you can have the same or sometimes even a better program to do your work on.
for example. in the past, every audio engineer used an apple product and protools. that was industry standard. now with apple being apple, changing ports every year, shitty customer service on their most expensive line of computers etc. more audio engineers are building their own pc's for less than half the price. they're going out and buying a program called reaper which is basically the same thing as protools but only costs $60 (protools is like hundreds of dollars) aaaaand its more customizable! meaning you can set it up to be as efficient as it can be for you!
apple is losing its niche. its solely relying on its name rather than releasing new and innovative products. once people realize how bad apple is, they jump ship. its only a matter of time.

I kinda laughed a little when you started talking about how Console fans are pissed about Playstation 5 being announced because when you think about the cost of these new console titles at $60 dollars a pop and the consoles selling for $400 to $500 dollars for the -Pro- versions... the PC and its cheap games, better graphics at higher resolutions with higher Frames per second starts to look like a damn good alternative. Its much more useful as well. Figure, after 4 years, buy a new GPU, and your good for another 4 years.

Steve jobs didn-t not like games, at the time Apple wasn-t taken as seriously as Microsoft in the workplace. Apple at the time actually was thought of more for having good computer games compared to Microsoft which was more thought of for work. Obviously that all switched around in the last decade but that-s really the reason why. Steve jobs wanted people to think of his products as productive for the workplace.

Agreed. PlayStation needs to slow down. I just got my PS4 for Christmas 2017 (was an Xbox person since the 360, but a PS person for m PS1 to PS2).
But! I would love for a PS1 to come back because I still have a lost of my PS1 games, just sitting for the better part of a decade.

im think that if plebs would just get a computer and stop screwing around on console then 1. they wouldnt have to worry about getting new gen consoles and 2. games would be better because they would stop making substandard trash for console

I want the ps5 to be able to play heavy games at 60 FPS, honestly I don-t care as much for more resolution, resolution is like the cherry on top but smooth gameplay is a game changer.

I was in Australia when Grant that auto five released, you could buy an edited version there where there wasn-t as much language and violence. Sad to hear about we happy few.

I think its better if they just make a ps4 but a remastered one than creating a ps5 cuz its more comfortable to have the ps4 than the ps5

No one else is really coming close to emulating PS3 like RPCS3 is. I'm exited to see what they can accomplish in the next 6 months.
