Now, Lui Kang is the God leading the tournament and Raiden is the champion.
I guess in a way, Raiden is still doing what he has always done as a part of him is still inside Lui kang.

I really like how the Mortal Kombat tournament in this timeline is basically a deterrence from war between the realms by showing their strength to the other.
Kinda like how in Naruto the Chunin Exams were just a way to show off the strength of their up and coming ninja to other nations to prevent wars.

It must be weird for Liu Kang to see all of this. He invented and shaped this entire timeline and he's playing along in his own world, like a videogame developer playing his own game and interacting with the NPC's. His interaction with General Shao, whom he remembers as Shao Khan is interesting.

Given that this has been a peaceful tournament for centuries, I kinda wonder what it was like for past champions. I have the sneaking suspicion that Madame Bo may have been one of Earthrealm's former champions in the tournament decades prior.

This is what I want to see from Outworld. I'm so sick of other realms just being defaulted to desolate land and dark skies. mp4. How are you supposed to get any sort of use out of your land if it's just a desert and fire everywhere?

I think RAIDEN Story as a Champion is unnecessary i prefer he and LIU KANG become One Entity and this is Time for KUNG LAO to Shine as EARTHREALMS CHAMPIONS and JOHNNY CAGE as his Second
