Well, there's an original use of the word 'simulator' for you! Never looked at it that way- Although really, there are quite a number of really good simulators (this time referring to the real meaning of the word) games out there. They perhaps aren't really good in the gaming sense of things, but they sure do bring across very well how one should, say, fly a plane (and in particular, what one is supposed to pay attention to when flying, provided you do use the right controls for operating-

You'd be right- I have to admit I misinterpreted the legend showing the controls. I finally figured that out after watching a different video showing footage of this game- Then again: how in the world would a surgeon ever be able to perform such delicate tasks single-handedly in real life? In other words: how can this be considered a 'simulator'?

I'm years late but just now tried this game because of this video and it is insane. I also discovered if you insert that red floppy disk on the desk inside the computer it actually shows a game on the monitor. I know this has been known for a long time but I was impressed they even allowed you to put a different disk in the drive.

Not sure if I should be proud of this or not but my second time around I beat it! lol I got the rib cage off and used the scalple to hack out the heart lifted the bad one lifted up the new one, dropped it into the body and a window popped up saying Success! Looks good to us, he should live! lol It was awesome!

Do not fail bad I failed also when I tried to operate on this guy. What I did was I took the good heart and his lungs and sold them on Ebay and I got a new gaming PC, Wii U and I'm holding some of the money so I can pick up a free Xbox 720 and PS4 and a Steam Box.

I won this game. my technique? 1# smash the ribcage open with the hammer. 2# hack da shit outta the heart with a scapel 3# pull out the heart 4# shove the new heart in (lungs and other vital organs not required)

Games like this are great. For all the time, and effort that developers supposedly put into making a fun game, it's nuts how quickly you can have a blast when developers just let you go and do what you want.

: D - LOL! Who would let a one-handed surgeon operate anyway? Wouldn't trust them at all! LOL. (According to another video it took 28 seconds to successfully transplant a heart via this simulator) Wow!
