There's a huge problem now that I think about it. The first movie was expected to fail, but with its success I fear about executive meddling. Remember a lot of films that are thought to be successful always suffer when executives meddle in with the films, and say how things should be. even when they have no idea what the fans want, it's only their interest.
This can be said about The Thing prequel. Originally all the monster scenes were animatronics and practical effects. But the executives wanted nothing but CGI, stating it would have been better. Clearly they had no idea that practical effects were what made the original film famous. Now that Deadpool is slated to be a big movie, there is bound to be some meddling.

Oh my god, stop talking about the comics, I don't give a hoot. Everything you say except the director's identity comes down to the movie will be great, because the comics are great, and everyone who is talking about the movies seems to do the same. I'm only interested in the MCU!
I get it, there is a ton of source material, I for one just don't care about what doesn't make it into the movies, and I'm pretty damn sure I represent the larger demographic of moviegoers with this mindset.

I'm confused, I have recently seen the movie LOGAN and it's all doom and gloom for mutants, So we all know how it is going to go for them why are they making new Marvel films? to be honest i hated all the X-men movies apart from the latest one. But really if you see LOGAN you will see what i mean, where could they go from there? sigh.

so maybe when marvel gets back the rights to them on deadpool. deadpool can team-up with ironman, thor, CA et al in the MCU then he will see what a high budget movie is being done then it will be so hilarious if deadpool has a line in the movie like this

As long as Fox does not return Xmen to the MCU. It will stay mediocre. And we won't want to have anything to do with anything Fox releases. Yeah i would watch X-Men and Deadpool. But I definitely won't pay to watch it. I'll just wait for it to be free. And then watch it. I will however pay for MCU movies.

i think deadpool overated, i seen better than the first movie. i think its just the follow the leader effect because it took me 4 times watching it to actually complete the movie and i like super hero stuff. dont get me wrong i liked deadpool but i dont think it was as great as everyone is saying.

Can't wait so did a moc with lego bricks for the Victoria BC Comic Con. Luckily I was on the set so it's a moc of the filming of, gotta break that 4th wall. Figure the whole build will take about 5 months, I've been building it for 2 months already.
