The Real Reasons Why These Movies Were Shelved For Years OneAndOnlySound: Well, while not so much shelved, it's taken 13 years to get a sequel to Jeepers Creepers 2. It entered various stages of production but never got anywhere due to distribution issues after taking some time to establish a storyline that'd go deeper, only for a whole new script to come out and a film to be made. They were ready to go by 2005 but it either wasn't getting filmed or no one wanted to handle it. Shame because the old script sounds way better than the new one, but, with plans to follow up, hopefully it'll work out.

Why would you use Captain Spaulding as your thumbnail when you can't even accurately describe synopsis of House of 1, 000 Corpses? The Firefly family doesn't travel anywhere, the victims were the ones that were travelling.
How can you expect to gain any credibility or journalistic integrity when you can't even be bothered to properly research a movie that you clearly haven't seen. That's embarrassing.

The original Repo Men is a classic. Emilio Estavase defined his acting career with that role. So SHUT UP about any movie that tries to appropriate the name, or I will come to your house and repossess your liver. So swears Etrigan!
Wait, what? Was HE just here again? Sorry, he's been breaking loose more often recently. Time to renew that binding spell.

The Red Dawn remake was absurd. If Hollywood even cut a scene or a word in a movie to please Christians or the NRA, the Media would denounce the censorship. Since China is a big movie market, controlled by the government (they also own AMC theaters), No controversy! ; North Korea would have a tough time invading South Korea, much less the U. S.

House of 1000 corpses, The Firefly family did not travel across the country killing people, they lured people into their decaying ranch was out in the countryside, the Sequel the Devils rejects was more along the lines of them on the road on the run from the law killing as they go.

Also though both of them did made it to the theaters without major delays, the movies Heavy Metal and The Boogens were tied up in legal troubles for over a decade before they got official VHS or DVD video releases and were only available as bootlegs made from cable broadcasts

I remember waiting years to see HOUSE OF A 1000 CORPSES. Only cuz I was lucky enough as a kid to see the movie being filmed on the back lot of Universal Studios as a kid. It was the most spooky thing I got to see as a kid.

The Fact that Red Dawn was not released in China, was not because originally they were the villains in the film. It's because of there trading friend North Korea. They didn't want to offend them.

Cabin in the woods could have had an incredible sequel if done correctly, the way the movie ends could have brought God's against humans, kind of like god of war games, great stuff

Let's not forget Night Of The Ghouls (1958, which sat unreleased for twenty-five years because the director couldn't pay the lab bill. It sounds like an exaggeration, but.
