1. Halloween 4
2. Childs Play 2
3. Friday the 13th part 3
4. Evil Dead 2
Those represent my teen years. Even when I watch them, I can close my eyes and remember the smell of my old room back in middle and high school, the feeling I had at 2am that I had to be up in 4 hours, dreaded school, or decide to cut school or not. then going to the kitchen and getting some cookies. the nostalgia is real and I even tried to read about it. It actually makes me sad

Always wonder if I'm the only person on the planet who prefer House of 1000 Corpses over The Devil's Rejects. TDR was fine, but too boring for me. House was a lot more insane, and in a good way. Don't have much hopes for the third movie, though.

What about 'Saw 2'? Much better than the original, finally had a decent budget to work with and made everything bigger and better. 'The Conjuring 2' was better than the original too in my opinion.

I just can't get behind any Rob Zombie film. Just seems like he takes things from other movies and Directors and pays homage to them. I personally don't find any creativity behind what he does.

My kids used to watch Evil Dead ll when they were in junior school and even made their own version on VHS. They loved it and still do now they are all in their 30's.

Dawn of the Dead may be a spiritual sequel to Night of the Living Dead, because it's directed by the same man and in the same genre, but it's not exactly a sequel.
