Thanos is the most interesting villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe
Why?
He is the Villian that doesn't seek complete dominance over the Universe but seeking to balance it. Through killing the half though.
Then he loves Gamora. But his Beliefs have overpassed it. But it inflicted the very core of his Heart.
He knows how to respect his adversaries. Like Tony Stark.
And he is the second villain to defeat the Avengers, Zemo being the first by accomplishing his intentions to dismantle the Avengers.
And lastly this Mad Titan has Principles and a Vision. In his eyes, he seeks Salvation and Paradise among those who suffer poverty, oppression and Many more. But this is still Evil.
Being Evil in a way that can make you think that it was for something Good. That's Thanos

So he wiped out half of the population what for?
If you see before WWll there were around a billion people, in less than a century it became the sevenfold, so what diffrence would it make halving the population of the Universe if it'll just hinder more overpopulation for another century?
And there are enough resources to feed everyone (on Earth at least, just because it isn't fairly distributed doesn't mean that there's a shortage.
One part overeats and wastes while the other part scraps for food. If humanity wasn't so rotten then we could handle a few billions more without anyone ever having hunger.

this movie was epic. been waiting to see all these charters in 1 movie. i remember wen i was a kid watching Spiderman Captain America playing wit my figurines sayin it would be so awesome if they put 2 or them in 1 movie never mind throwin them all in to 1. if u would of told me this wen i was a kid i would of looked at u like u was crazy. the best part of all of this is how in thea own movies they started to hav them all in twine wit eachother.

From what I understood thanos does not cull the universe because he wants to it was because he was literally the only person in the universe that has the will to do what was needed to be done. Thanos doesn't destroy half the universe because he wants to but because he has to it is his place in the universe. He didn't want to kill gamora but he had to that was why he cried. Thanos isn't a bad guy he's just in a bad place.

I hope Thanos is in the new Eternals movie coming out in 2020 and I hope he'll be in an upcoming Eternals monthly title as well as Eros and Alars aka Mentor plus I want to see Thanos fight his paternal cousin Thena of the Earth Eternals in hand to hand cosmic energy combat plus he's never met his paternal relatives like his paternal uncle Zuras and his paternal grandmother Daina.

IF you were to give Thanos a bouquet of flowers, he would immediately begin to pull buds and blossoms out of the arrangement to make it balanced and functional. It may even live longer as a potted plant as a result; however, he will be totally blind to the special and beautifully unique original arrangement.
