Things You Missed In The Aquaman Trailer

An the reason why I so strongly think it will be played by an African-American actor is because this new looks version of the hero character (Aquaman) is half white skinned & half brown skinned, and that is do to the fact Aquamans mother the former queen of Atlantis her skin was Caucasian, and also to add her boyfriend was a land surface human who obviously was an African-American who was a fisherman.
Now sometimes if you look at a person very carefully you can tell that, that person is half Caucasian & half African-American, and so there for that person has parents who both are of two different skin colors; One parents skin color is Caucasian & the other parents skin color is of an African-American, and so that is how I can tell about this new version look of the character hero Aquaman.
Plus to add this is the very reason why he looks so very different from the usual ComicBook character version, and it is do to the fact there is a completely different type of origin story designed especially for this brand new looking version of Aquaman.
An to add I think it is great interesting idea to do along with a fantastic new spin twist on the character hero of Aquaman.

I'm just going to say it. DC may not be able to fix this Universe. They've already put their big guns out there with Supes, Bats, Wonder Woman and the team in JL. It didn't go over big as expected. Aquaman, Flash, and even Wonder Woman 2 are not going to blow up to be so huge they'll all end up in the billion dollar club. But that's what DC needs & wants. Because of how box office is judged now any big budget film with receipts not comparable with Marvel's collection of mega bucks films will be called a letdown, flop etc. And that's a shame actually.
As for the trailer I thought it was more of the same stuff we've been getting. And the Shazam's character's overall look is straight out of tv's Power Rangers. But maybe that's what they are going for? I'll always love DC but Marvel has the bar so high everything DC needs to reboot.

Aquamen. Rubbish for kiddies. Not because a superguy has amphibian abilities, I can go with that. But both comic and movie show something that makes even an 8 year grin. In The Ocean (or at the bottom of a bucket of water) No On Can Hear You Scream. Or holler. Or have a quiet conversation. Bad acoustics, underwater, very bad.
So what are DC and Wan doing? Ignore this piece of nautical physics. And why not? The superhero fans, not the most intelligent species on this planet, won't notice one way or the other.
I'm waiting for the movie where some wonder woman zooms beyond the stratosphere into space, clad in an elegant helmet, a polka dot bikini and high heels. Because it's a beautiful sunny day Outside.

This was good. But one small nitpick - he doesn't talk to fishes. He talks to all marine life. And fishes displays a terrestrial bias. There are three primary clades on land- mammals, amphibians, and reptiles. There are four in the water- bony fish, sharks and their relatives, hagfish, and lampreys. The sharks are as different from the bony fish as amphibians are from mammals. (Although of course bony fish are more closely related to us than they are to sharks. _

Swimming at 6800 mph so much cavitation wandering if a burbble of steam will ever form around his body. Talking under the water with his humans vocal chords, soundwaves travel faster in a medium 1000 denser than air, he won't sound pretty. Physics still need to be explained to the average youngster that will be subjected to this overdose of fantasy.

See, I absolutely love Jason Momoa, hes the only celebrity crush Ive ever had, but he couldnt be more different to actual comic Aquaman. When I picture Aquaman from the comics/even games I always see a blonde, kingly, very serious figure who will do anything to protect his kingdom and family etc and I dont think Momoas character is anything like that XD

I don't see why talking underwater should be an issue. If you can breathe underwater, you can talk underwater. Justice League: Year One made a beautiful point of highlighting this when they portrayed Aquaman as being softly spoken on land due to the fact that, in his home world, his voice was amplified by the water's density.

Having said that aquaman is similar to thor or black panther. Well overall, as what I know, DC was first introduced to the public. That includes stories and other components of DC heroes. I dont know but Marvel might get inspirations from DC. Aquaman might be the inspiration behind Thor and Black Panther's Storyline

It's similar to Black Panther except the Outsider Arthur Curry is the Hero instead of the villain like Killmonger was in Black Panther. In a way Aquaman is kind of the Killmonger but will become the bridge between the Atlantean and the Human World. Aquaman in this case is both T'Challa and Killmonger.

This small boy look same as young Aquaman. Is he relative to him or it is any CGI. If this boy is real and has no relationship with movie's hero. I want to give huge salute to casting director who choose this boy for young child age Aquaman. I think nobody could took this place better than him.
