What I don't understand is that in days of future past, it shows their futures selves after they changed the past and it shows their older selves as teachers and professor X tells wolverine that so much has changed. So why is their adaptation on the younger X-Men instead of their older selves? Jean Grey was only telekinetic until she went to space (older X-Men) and then she became the Phoenix because the power of the Phoenix was a different power force or entity thus enabling Jean Grey to become mixed with the alien entity, not because jean grey already had that power as a child, it was a power she accumulated. Even though it took them long to make this, it seems very rushed with alot of holes in the plotline, you think they would take notes on past movies/comics, but leave it to Hollywood to just make a movie instead of following a very simple formula so that the fandom and the applauds on a job well done would be greater, but money talks yada yada yada.

And here now, people keep saying that scarlet witch is way more powerful than the phoenix. lol.
They said scarlet destroyed half of the earth and killed jean many times. And what about the phoenix? It's power is multiversal meaning it can destroy anything not just one galaxy or universe. Wanda can't control jean's mind. even if wanda kills jean, she'll just come back again and again. because she's immortal.
Rogue can't absorb her power, it is way too much for her. she could've died. if wanda uses her fully power, yes she's super strong but it would drive her insane. she couldn't control it. But if it happens to jean it doesn't matter, she has 2 minds remember? hers and the phoenix.
Just compare scarlet to captain marvel not jean. She's way too strong for them. Her powers are Godly

Why do we love super hero movies? I watch because I want to be one of them. I want to be able to save animals from humans, who are their common enemies & exploit them, watching their suffering in labs, torturing them to produce useless medecine, (like Premarin, for whimpy old women who cant handle menopause.
All the super hero movies are about saving humans. WHY? Humanity is destroying the planet. Not animals, who are at the mercy of humans.
Would I kill people at a dog fight? You bet your ass I would. The promoters & the spectators, Id get rid of every single one of them. Why bother with jail or fines? Waste of time & money.
The pieces of shit who kill elephants & other animals for sport? These assholes hold a very special place on my NEED TO BECOME EXTINCT list.

X-MEN 3 & 4 was supposed to be shot back to back by Bryan Singer, but he suddenly jumped ship to shoot Superman Returns a homage to Superman the Movie, that's how we got that piece of crap Last Stand, X - Men Origins was supposed to be anthology type movies dealing with individual origins of the characters Wolverine, Storm, Magneto etc. but the first film critically and commercially bombed so it was scrapped, X-Men got their bearings by course correcting the franchise with First Class, and crossover old and new characters with Days of Future Past, trying to fix all the chronological anachronisms of the series.

The reviews are right. This film was not good. Not terrible though. The actor that played jean grey was terrible. The writing/script was below average. The plot was convoluted, read the source material (that's amazing. The actors that played magneto, xavier, beast, raven, were again very good. This phoenix movie was better than x3. That is extremely easy to do though. Definitely one of the x movies to skip

Honestly, they should of started the when Magneto was Young and meets Charles then gradually goes to the Class. I stopped watching after First Class. So confusing. I want Order not past and future. They really confused everyone. The first 3 X-Men should of been Magneto/Charles upbringing, Storms Upbringing, and Wolverines Upbringing, then First Class then 90's Animation Feels.

Disney and others extended the Copyright laws way too long. They need to go back to around 70 years, not around 100+ years. Public domane will make materials used better. Allowing for more and broader imaginations to fly with the materials. Disney has been better when they did new materials. Lilo AND Stitch i loved. Let's get back to entertaining, not pushing ideology.

Can somebody that knows a little bit about moviemaking and Production Studios why I keep hearing this was the final X-Men?
Is that being said because they have nothing set up yet because I remember when X-Men the final stand came out they said that was the last X-Men movie?
I'm confused. and isn't the comic/ thriller New Mutants supposed to come out soon

The X-men should be joining the MCU after the fantastic 4. They should have been introduced before the infinity war saga as Wolverine did fight thanos in the comics! Fox has done a great job with X-men, but has lost focus and it is time for it to rejoin marvel studios and merge with the rest of the marvel universe in the form of the MCU
