Questions We Have After Watching Dark Phoenix
video description
Marvel and its writers knowing this took advantage of this for creative purposes so they would not have be pinned down by the timeline allowing them to make changes.
Marvel did not make any timeline mistakes they are showing the effects of the Avengers and Kitty Pryde having manipulated time and the price paid for doing so.
Once you understand this, It all falls into place and makes sense.
It's the butterfly effect a term taken from Author C. Clark about a book where a time traveler steps off a path way and accidently kills a butterfly that ends up altering mans future over a simple extinction of one creature from tbe food chain.
No they didn't, It was the manipulation of time by Kitty Pryde and the Avengers that caused a new timeline and because of that we may see Wolverine is alive and well and that all mutants are not dead, Should this be so, The Price paid averted a dark future.
This would not be the first time Marvel has changed things they did it all the time in the comics but this time they at least gave us the reasons that its time manipulation not directly but they wanted you to figure it out since it's not that deep, and clues were obvious as to how they linked X-Men to Avengers and days of futures past tying them into Avengers End Game through a new timeline change that was created by Kitty and Rouge then changed again in Avengers End Game even though you don't see the X-Men in End Game you can easily see how changing the timeline from Thanos winning to losing created a new timeline which of course effects everyone including the X-Men.
Had Marvel not altered the timeline in Dark Phoenix, You would not know of the the connection to the Avengers End Game tie in they were trying to make.
In X-Men Futures Past they tied into X-Men then with Avengers End Game they tied it again to changes in the timeline, Most likely they did this so they could recast Patrick Stewart and Hue Jackman in a future tie in with Avengers.

I knew Dark Phoenix was gonna turn out to be another flop, especially since the first failed attempt to the storyline in X-Men: The Last Stand, which is why I never went to see it. Another reason I didn't see Dark Phoenix is because of one thing: No Wolverine. Wolverine was involved in the Dark Phoenix comic book storyline and I felt like this movie wouldn't be good without Wolverine. I honestly feel like Logan was the actual ending of the X-Men franchise, or at least a version of it. The movie that follow should've just focused on X-23, X-Force, and of course Deadpool. Hopefully Marvel Studios will provide a fresh new take on the X-Men as well as provide a straightforward timeline to the films.

Yes. there are some 'confusion' after I watch Dark Phoenix. So what's the point of making it a 'stand-alone' movie if it's just to show her power from the previous movie? and Quick Silver part as 'Magneto son' that yet to unveiled. X-Men timeline is totally screwed, and yes it needs a total re-boot. Although, I like their effort to 're-boot' it in Days of Future Past (2014, but now I'm just confused.
And when I was researching for some 'truth', the fact that Nightcrawler is Mystique's (possible) son. Mind blown.

What about. the own Mystique? There's a huge paradox inserted on it. This is a recent film, and it takes place in 1994, the year Mystique dies. Now on the first film of the franchise, that was released 20 years ago, and that chronologically takes place after Dark Phoenix, we can see Mystique, alive once again. What happened? Was she ever ressurrected? Is this a parallel universe? I wonder all the time about what really happened to her after Dark Phoenix's events. And why the hell did she become evil?

It will not be gloriously born in the MCU, they will ruin it like they did with the other Marvel characters. How much more do you have to witness before you realize this? They are doing the same thing to the Star Wars characters. Wake up you sleeping idiots.

In the comics, the Phoenix force had an encounter with the infant Jean Grey, imprinting on her by leaving a trace of the force inside of her body. Perhaps the Phoenix we saw in X-Men: Apocalypse unleashed the trace of the Phoenix force she saw.

I feel like Jean didn't actually Die. She's more powerful than any other mutants in the X men movie.
She defeated alot of villains. So what if she didn't actually die? She's really powerful, it's almost impossible to defeat her.

I agree with you about the making to dark Phoenix storylines in such a short series of movies, but isn't this new one actually supposed to be a little more faithful to the comic story?
