I think the reboot failure had more to do with the fact that by 2011 when it came to them ragging on reality shows such as Teen Mom, Beavis and Butthead were far more intelligent than the people in these programs. When Beavis and Butthead are the voice of reason you are in trouble.

With thanks to MTV, It was cancelled again because of low ratings and MTV is now focusing on reality shows about teens, young adults and millennials nowadays. No new episodes had been made since then following its second series finale which it had aired on my 27th birthday!

I don't think it failed, I just don't think it could have been bigger than it already was. The premise of this is just wrong. I thought it was pretty hilarious when they commented on the other sht Mtv was putting out.

I really loved the 2011 season. And I actually enjoyed the commentary of Beavis and Butthead on reality tv shows, because as an outsider, that's how I and many others see these type of people.

While Im so happy the show is coming back and this time in a network thatll actually promote it, Im scared to see it only last like 1-2 episodes because people will get offended by it.

I think the old saying You can't go home again applies here. B&B were the greatest 'toon in their time, but that's it. It was an early '90s show about our Gen-Xican life in the '80s.
