its done in the style of MTv's The Real World since it featured 20 somthings in the roles of Green Lanterrn, Flash, Fire and Ice and even maybe the Atom. For a while in the late 1980s, DC's justice league of America featured a bunch of second stringers the street urchin, Gypsy, the mysterious Vixen, and the Latino hero, Vibe. Rounding out the team were JLA veterans Zatanna, the Martian Manhunter, and the Elongated Man. They even met in a werehouse in Detroit of all places.

I want to see this. At least the characters like green lantern look very much as the green lantern Hal Gordon from when I was a kid. Acuaman today doesnt look like the Nordic type of many years. Todays acquaman looks like he killed the original acquaman and took his title and trident/spear. Todays cgi is great but some of the actors do not look like from the comics: heimdall, Valkyrie, firestorm, Iris west and so fourth.

1997 Justice League S. Evan the reasonly Justice League not that good. Wrong actress for wonder women, too scinny, not built like a Amazon. Wrong actor for Batman, doesn't fight like past member league of shadow. wrong actor Lex Luther and Berry Allen, the Flash is not clumsy and not afraid of bugs, not afraid to save people. Better carters and story board in animation movie. I hope J. L. 2 is better.

This never actually aired in the US, it only aired in a few other countries. I've seen a bootleg, and it is heart breakingly bad. The JLA meets Friends approach is pretty bad. I don't think there's anything wrong with the characters they used, only the way they were written. Not a lot of hero time is on the screen due to TV show budgets at the time.

Having David Ogden Stiers -- Major Charles Emerson Winchester III on MASH -- play the much-younger, ripped Martian Manhunter? Big mistake.
Having him play the villain? Or even Batman's Alfred? That would have made it a lot better.

Never knew existed? True fans would of heard about it obviously, what a ridiculous title, thinking people just suck the balls they call cgi cause its new? The comics and original shows CREATED all these new movies

I watched this a few years ago. It is so bad I thought I would cry. What they did to Green Lantern was criminal. The special effects was horrible. Who ever green lighted this film should be banished.

I believe the 1990 Flash aired on CBS. I remember being crushed as a kid back then when they canceled show. I was only eight and Twitter wasnt around. also the internet.
