This was my absolute favorite movie when I was a kid it took my imagination on a wild ride that raised my own concious level and put the notion in my mind of maybe this could really be true somewhere in the galaxy this 432mghz and 35mm master reality props and production is now lost in this digital 441mghz life fake reality that we are DEALING with I pray the new generation goes back and learn this kinda art instead of being behind a computer screen and p. s. I love the sphynx gate I never paid attention to the breast but they were dropping jewels of true untold masonry of the ancient star gates used by ancient African world travelers so I pray that they make another one but a continuation to this not a remake they could never capture the magic energy that this movie has they will probably need marvel to help them but without all the fake CGI that they have been doing lately follow me Headrahq wutang clan affiliate on IG therealwufoodmovementtv

I think if Disney took hold of this and made it into a 3 part trilogies, while keeping true to the timeless novel, while providing the best graphics due to their massive budget (infinity wars saga) they could do an amazing job.
The book is SO MUCH LONGER than the movie, and part 2 and 3 did not follow the novels storyline AT ALL. this is a very deep story about ones progression through themselves via their mind, imagination and chakras. About transmutation, alchemy and personal growth. This is why Michael Ende hated it and said it was missing the core symbology of the story. It's never ending because it happens within all of us, forever, if we choose.

What about The NeverEnding Story II and III? I only saw the original and two, and never bothered with three. Theyre of no comparison to the original. But how were those able to be made if the author hated the original one so much? Seems it wouldnt have been possible if there were all this legal stuff going on.

Atraiu (sp) in never ending story 2 was my biggest crush. I actually saw the 2nd one before the 1st cuz of my age. Falcore use to scare me but I couldn't look away. I honestly thought the title of this was going to go into all of the occult attachments this movie had.

Thought this was gonna point out the underlying symbolism that this film portrays. the scene with all the random characters looks like some Rothchild party. The snake on the fron Of the book is quite significant and the bit where he wakes up with the dragon is just creepy.

Knowing only the german version, I had to look up that ear worm song. I can see how that was successful in the US. Not my taste and I like the german verison better XD Also wouldn't wanna miss any cut out minute of the movie.

Yeah just like Stephen King hated the movie adaptation the Shining and no you wouldnt want a remake of either of the two classic movies but who knows maybe Enda will end up making a sequel with a director just like Dr Sleep
