A celebration of the studio's 100-year animation legacy, Disney's Wish is finally in theaters, and is a typically charming love letter to all-things-Disney. Want to know more about that magical ending? Your wish is our command. Seriously movies like Shazam Fury of the Gods, Peter Pan and Wendy, the flash, Indiana Jones, Pixar Elemental, Dreamwork Ruby Gillman Teenage Kraken, The Marvels, Little Mermaid(2023) and Wish Were box office flop while Nimona, Super Mario movie, John Wick 4, Across The Spideverse, Puss n boot the last wish and Gardian of The Galaxy Vol 3 did good 2023! The studio needs to get their act together!

SPOILERS
I love that at the end it s three origin stories: Cinderella s fairy godmother, The Magic Mirror, and The Wishing Star. Three of the most iconic staples of Disney. What a clever ending. The audience I saw it with LOVED it too. Girl next to me and I were like Such a clever way to tell the story.

Even the genie from Aladdin had rules:
- No killing
- No resurrecting the dead
- No making someone fall in love with anybody else.
Not all wishes should be granted. It's not necessary bad that person decides what should and should not be granted.

Rosas is the Narnia of the Disney universe. Every wish is pure and is the essence of all the Disney stories we know. Everyone, humans and creatures alike, can follow their dreams/wishes.
A dream is a WISH your heart makes!

The premise of this movie sounds dumb. Why would people give away their wishes if they aren t going to remember them? How would you know if your wish was granted? Couldn t people just work toward their wish?
reply

So the villain was never evil but the good guys get too entitled to the point where the writers have to portray the villain as evil otherwise it would make our heroes look bad?
What a load of bull.

It's not worth a trip to the theater. It'll be on Disney Plus in a few weeks. You'll watch the first act and then switch to something good.
