Roasting veggies is pretty easy. Cut them into bite-sized chunks. Mix in a bowl with some oil and spices. Pour on a foil lined baking sheet. Put into 350 degree oven for half an hour (or longer depending on desired level of done-ness. Mix half way through. Brocoli is MUCH better roasted than steamed.

Most all humans are allergic to tofu. Why? Because our bods do not know how to process tofu. It is managed and moved through us as waste.
I can refer you to Dr Steven Grundy on this.
I didn't know for years. I only share out of my experience. Not to

It's been a trend for some to stop eating meat for years now. I don't like how many of the suggestions were pushing people toward a vegan/ vegetarian diet. I like meat, I enjoy cooking, and eating animal based proteins as part of a healthy diet is believe it or not healthier for you.

I love veggies but I felt like this video was a little heavy handed with the anti-meat comments. The #1 item is kind of terrible because it's not even a recipe. Somebody there really wants us to stop eating meat but they're ignoring a lot of omnivore watchers.

Great video msmojo!
I loooove chic peas and lentils and all sound delicious but no. 4 - I hate bell peppers I can't stand the taste and can't digest them. Even a few small pieces in something repeats on me for the rest of the day lol

number 3 is literally an ad for a cooking utensil - not a dish to try: /

i'm incredibly underwhelmed

I can't believe how much effort you all put into researching the pop culture clips. Kudos! I'm referring to the box of Kudos above your fridge.

The Bell Pepper Tacos were interesting, but for years we just called them Stuffed Bell Peppers We just stuffed with different things

If you have to process plants to look like meat what the point? It's healthier to eat the plant without the processing.

Plant based meat. um if it from a plant then its clearly not meat. An imitation of meat, sure. But it is not meat.

Vegan meat has a lot of artificial chemicals in them to taste like actual meat which has its pros and cons
