I remember when I was a teenager, hearing Kylies hit called Lokomotion here in the states topping the charts for a while before she disappeared, not to be heard again on American airwaves. I had no idea that she was building a massive career in Europe. Not many Americans did. It was when I was in Paris and saw the video for Cant Get You Out of my Head that I realized she was still singing and thought THIS is going to bring her back to the US. It did. Then she disappeared again. Its almost guaranteed that if an artist makes it big in America they will make it big across the globe. Unfortunately, the same cant be said that when an artist has huge success in Europe that theyll make any impact at all in America. Its an odd thing, but it is definitely a thing.

You have no idea how much I love I Believe In You. It's so cute, and catchy, I just love it. Come Into My World, Slow and In Your Eyes are definitely my top 3 though. With Falling and Where Has The Love Gone being pretty close. Also, can we talk about how Love At First Sight influenced a lot of the Pop songs of the last 2 decades with that chord progression & synths? Like, most Max Martin tracks from late 00s/early 10s have it (Dynamite, California Gurls, etc. And most of her releases in the 90s were just that good. She's one of the best. And yes, Can't Get You Out Of My Head was just huge and iconic.

I wish she had a larger United States fanbase because she is so amazing and much better than Madonna, who she is often compared to. I was able to see her live during the Aphrodite Tour in Houston, but I'd love to see more of her here!
