Thank you for the update, MsMojo! There was also an episode called 'Rookie Cop' and quite a lot of cast members were (fake) vomiting on the screen. I remember Chris Farley was spinning a newspaper before vomiting, and that was absolutely hilarious. Rest in peace, Chris Farley. :(

So many years later and my friends and I still cant help but reference the Van down by the river skit any time someone uses the words Van or River. It never fails one of us will pipe up with some variation of it depending on which word is said or what context its used. True legend.

Farley was an absolute legend. He was a master of physical comedy and he never failed to make us laugh. There s been so many movies we could only imagine watching him act in. He s now living in a van down by the river up in Heaven. RIP Chris

The one thing that the modern episodes of SNL were severely lacking would definitely have to be the slapstick, and nobody delivered it perfectly the same way as Chris Farley. May he rest forever in peace.
