Honestly there are not any relationships in this show that are healthy or in my opinion sustainable. So much cheating and lies between couples. Because of the cheating so many patients suffered as well as the ones the main member cheated with. Plus I really hate how there are clear crimes committed for these relationships. Meredith and Derek for most of their relationship hurt each other. The only romantic relationship that seemed to be a good one was Dr. Hayes and his now dead wife Abigail. And she was only seen in one episode. This show talks about coworkers becoming family yet the only thing that makes them family is having dumb arguments every few minutes. The one thing I hate most about these relationships is that some started when one was an attending and/or head of a department and the other is a resident or intern. Talk about abuse of power.

The most deserving of No. 1 are Benley. No doubt about it. When Bailey went Ocd, Ben was there to support her unlike Mcdreamy who dumped a suicidal Meredith. And they went through some real life changing stuff together.

Okay everyone friggin likes Jackson and April and I. They definitely had chemistry, I will concede that. And yes, theyre way better than George and Izzie or George and Callie or whatever, but they have opposite fundamental beliefs and I just really struggled with liking April.

Cristina and Burke were toxic. Burke literally tried to change her all the time and then left her at the alter bc she still wasnt good enough for him. She saved his medical career and got zero recognition. Hes selfish manipulative and she deserved so much more
