As pointed out below, most of these examples were of actors who became pregnant after principal shooting or even their entire part was already in the can. Months later they are called back to fix something that they might have messed up, needed to be tweaked, or simply make the editing work, and they are now pregnant. Is this something to be praised?
It really sounds like a conflict of circumstance unless they get pregnant deliberately to get out of a contract, which has been done. In all, it is surprising that so much skill and effort by the rest of the crew and special effects artists can so successfully work around the inconvenience of a poorly timed pregnancy. My admiration goes out the crew.

The funny thing about Gal, she kept mum about it during Justice League filming, but all the guys suspected it, because she kept leaving and coming back (due to morning sickness. I think it was Henry Cavill and Ezra Miller asked Jason Momoa whether they though she was pregnant and all he did was nod and say, Yeah, yeah.

I have to say if this was based on TV shows. Melanie Scrofano would be at number 1 as due the whole of season 2 of Wynonna Earp she was pregnant and the show changed the script to fit the show around it. But not only that she did all of her action scenes and gave birth three days after shooting was finished. Queen

CZJ was pregnant in Traffic (but that was obvious. She wasn't pregnant in Chicago. Many people mention that the dates of the shooting were much earlier (the shooting was over like a year before she got her oscar, which means she couldn't have been pregnant)

That's really shitty how some of them did action seens while they were pregnant, especially when they had the opportunity to have a stunt double. They are literally putting their children in danger just for the sake of a movie.
