I think MsMojo doesn't know what chemistry between two characters really is. Chemistry is a natural reaction and it doesn't need to make sense. The why and how a couple is together aren't really that important to chemistry, it's what you see and feel. A couple can make no sense and maybe even should not be together and yet there is still sparks generated. So with that definition in mind and from someone who wasn't born yesterday, the best chemistry I have ever seen on TV is hands down David and Maddie from Moonlighting played by Bruce Willis and Cybill Shepherd. The two actors' chemistry was off the charts. The chemistry is even more appreciated when you know that the actors hated each other. I feel like this list is made for kids only because major couples known for having amazing chemistry are missing. Mulder and Scully are another couple that is surprisingly missing from this list.

Jake and Amy are the only ones on this list I felt as an organic relationship. They're relationship is one of the few portrayals in live action that understands the nuance of human connection. That tv relationship is overlooked because it takes place in a procedural comedy series. Stripping away all that, the writing and the chemistry around Jake and Peralta is some of the best, if not the best in live action tv.
They're a better version of Monica and Chandler.

I'm maybe the only one but i liked Lucas and Peyton. Sure most people hate them and prefer Jake & Peyton, Brooke/Julian, Brooke & Lucas or Lucas & Lindsey. But i prefer Lucas/Peyton. Also enjoyed Haley/Nathan and Brooke/Julian.
Sure they may have their problems but i really liked how Lucas treated Peyton good because he had a crush on her since the show started. I prefer Lucas and Brooke as friends because they went through so much crap its unreal.

Oh my gosh! My mom and I adore Brooklyn Nine Nine! Jake and Amy are one of the funniest yet adorable and strong relationships on any TV show Ive ever seen. The two actors had insane chemistry with multiple layers of it. Whether its when theyre competing against each other in a Halloween heist or sticking up for each other in a serious situationthey were so good and had such amazing chemistry

Because Jaleel White and Kellie Williams were so amazing together people thought they were a couple off the screen too. But they were also super underrated as actors. Its the fact that I looked up this video title after seeing a Claire and Jamie edit and becoming curious to see if the rest of the world loves them as much as I do. Im sorry but the once upon a time couple was a forced romance to placate a few shippers. The romance was flirtatious one liners and quick kisses (just to get a teen choice liplock award. Once had wasted potential. I might have got behind the pairing if it was done naturally and not forced down our throats!

Bones and Booth should have been top 10. Bones was a great show, maybe not iconic, but God the chemistry the leads was completely electric. Thanks to perfect casting and acting, every about the show was the 2 of them, and why I love love it

Ahhhhh! Jim and Pam! They had an insane amount of chemistry! They had such real, normal feeling chemistry. They really seemed like a normal everyday couple. The two actors really seemed like genuine friends and then a couple!
