All of your honorable mentions look better than TOP 3. Taylor looks amazing always but I fell in love with her nerdy girl style. I believe Lana Del Rey would be be a perfect choice for my number one. I love to see when women don't use make-up. Their personal beauty makes often an impression to me. I don't find Victoria's Secret models that attractive because they all look the same. But often personality is even more important than personal looks.

I dont think its fair of you to be rating people on how beautiful they are when they arent wearing makeup. Every single women deserves that number one spot because they are all so beautiful and shouldnt be demeaned for not looking as pretty as they do with makeup. It doesnt matter if they throw on some eye liner or lipstick, they are and always will be beautiful.
