Saw the Fan Preview last night, and honestly im not sure why its receiving good reviews. The story thread is broken up, certain characters are not even developed, and the audience is left not understanding the relation to the main characters. Chapelle. Sam Elliots dialogue was horrible and belching, and made me wish for Gary Busey, and i hate Gary Busey. Stephanies performance was very good, and she held this movie together. Bradley was a cheap ill conceived copy of Kris Kristofferson. There was no sense of loss when Bradley died as there was when Kris Kristofferson did, and i think its due to bad Character development. Im sorry, i really wanted to like this film. It started out well, but was drawn out and went down hill to its ultimate end. The performance that surprised me was Andrew Dice Clay. i thought he was going to be ridiculous, but he turned out to give a pretty good performance.

I was so looking forward to the movie, I adored the Barbara/Kris version. I liked Gaga OK, but this movie won me over. Shes always been so over the top, I respected her but wasnt into her, until now. Her voice is magic, I LOVED her natural look, shes truly stunning. Their chemistry would be a reason I would suggest to see the movie, its magnetic and palpable! I will see it again this week, I cant get the movie and the music out of my head.

I saw it last night. It's amazing. For her first movie role, Gaga was incredible and extremely believable. As good as she was Bradly Cooper was even better. He's actually singing and it blew my mind. He wrote the all original score with her and directed and acted and sang. That movie is one of the best I have seen in the last decade and I watch everything. Going back again this weekend.

I've seen it today and I must admit: I'm beyond DISSAPOINTED! I really really tried to love it but. The singing is great, the film techniques are super great but the story. There were a lot of comments like: when does this end? how long is it? please let something happen! DURING the movie. Gaga is absolitely FABULOUS! But. All in all, it just didn't come up to it's potential. So sad: (

I went and seen it today. I do agree its a great film and it should win something. That isn't saying much with this years competition. Nothing really that good to compare it to. Stephanie did a great job in the Movie. the soundtrack is better than the movie in my opinion. I expected more to be honest but it is what it is. Go see it. Judge for yourself.

It was very good; worth my 10, 000. Not great. The acting was very good all around. I really missed having any time frame. How much time passes. We never see a season, a holiday or celebration, anything to mark time. Gaga looked young, but seemed old. Cooper looked young despite trying to seem old. 30 and 45?

dont really go to the cinema much as im 44 and nothing really interests me in new films but i am gonna go see this 1 when it comes out on friday. The other versions i watched were great (judy garland and barbara streisand) and i am interested to see what this new version is like plus it is getting great reviews.

I seldom go to movie theater unless its one I think Id truly enjoy and this one sure lived up to the hype today. Ill see anything with my Bradley in it. those eyes! And Ill never love again could be my theme song after losing my husband after only 15 months of marriage

Judy Garland's daughter, Lorna Luft, saw the movie and immediately praised it, stating that her mother would have absolutely loved it! I am so excited for this movie and Lorna's declaration gives me hope that it truly is as great as everybody is saying.

I love Bradley Cooper and thought the his directing was surprisingly mature, but it just wouldn't be the same movie without Lady Gaga. Her talent truly transforms this movie and adds so much depth and quality to it. LOVED IT SO MUCH!

To be honest, I hate this movie. I just spent 2 hours watching at it and the end was crappy, I didn't like the beginning either and the movie itself was boring as hell.
