The fact you could remake this list with characters from South Park alone makes an entry from the show rather disappointing especially one as generic as the one y'all chose. The fact a character as Iconically vibrant and unforgettable as Edna Mode from The Incredibles, and The Incredibles 2 if anyone wants to argue it wasn't recent enough to include despite much older entries being featured, didn't even get an honorable mention is flat out shameful.

How is Dr. Girlfriend only an honorable mention! She has one of the most distinctive voices, particularly because she's beautiful and curvy and young and smart, and she has this deep deep smoker's voice. It's hysterical! Including short-lived cartoons from the 60s but not Dr. Girlfriend!

Sonia from Sonic Underground. All 3 triplets, including her, were all voiced by Jaleel White (except singing; they had separate voices, with, yes, Sonia getting an actual woman)

I know it's not on TV so it wouldn't have been eligible for this list, but I always liked the never seen Lady that Strong Bad often tells to shut up. Also Teen Girl Squad.

9: 05: That character was voiced by a man whose name you should recognize even if you DON'T read the voice credits of every animated TV show or movie you watch: Ed Asner!

you chose some teacher i never heard of but then just give Eric Cartman a mention? really?
Also the narrator sounds like she never read a script in her life.

Oh yes! Nanny from Count Duckula is mentioned on the honorable mention list. I love her catchphrase I'll get it, and Oh dear, now how did that happened.

This was awesome!
I guess the gender of a voice actor does not count if they have the voice you want for your character!

I have a really high voice as a guy. I can totally voice a girl in a cartoon. I get mistaken on the phone for a girl

literally how my woman dog would sound like if she could talk human. Women think she's a male because of the voice.

For those of you who were wondering about Linda Belcher, she is referred to in the last entry in the list.
