I love that episode where Amy is concerned about things changing. To me, it subtly touches about the fear that women suffer when being professionally superior to men. Like afraid to brake that fragile male ego. And Jake handles it with grace.
It's like it's saying, if this man-child can take it, the rest of us, adults, should have even less problem with it.

You mentioned the Jake and Amy episode, (which is really more of a relationship than a friendship moment but whatever, minor detail) but not the best part of that whole episode, which is how they actually found her. Jake knows her so well that he can actually mimic exactly what she would do every step of the way. That was the real proof of how close they are!

You forget about Holt keeping Jake calm in Florida when Holt was pulling the rod out of his own leg and he never once made a comment on how Jake couldn't handle the situation, but instead kept him calm by talking to him and he was genuinely proud of him for not freaking out more by the end

I can't really disagree with any of these. But a moment worth mentioning is in The Last Ride with Jake and Boyle with scene with the binoculars.
Nothing against Rosa coming out to her parents, but this moment with Jake and Boyle is a great option for #1 as well.

I'd put at number 2 Holt's memorial speech for Wunch. And number 1 by a large margin should be Jake and Boyle in their blaze of glory case sitting in the car with binoculars; it's the favorite scene of both Samberg and Lo Truglio for a reason.

Peralta and Boyle are not friends in my opinion. Its just Boyle being obsessed with Jake and Jake being somewhat disgusted in my opinion. They have moments, but most of it doesnt seem like friendship.

I know coming out is a very difficult thing to do and I love Rosa's character development but Charles taking a bullet for her saving Rosa's life was definitely a bigger moment.
