Why does a preschool show have to parody these kinds of things. It's a shame Sesame street had to do this. THAT'S IT! My future child is watching stuff like Peppa Pig, Timothy goes to school, Little Bear, Blue's Clues, Teletubbies, Toddworld, Bear in the big blue house, ect
reply

The Game of Thrones parody had me in stitches, especially when they started making cracks about how characters died on the series. Grover tells Joeffery looks like you choker and tells Ned not to lose his head. I never thought I'd see Sesame Street make a decapitation joke.
reply

I dont watch game of thrones but the Game of thrones parody being game of musical chairs is hilarious. I think I knew about Star Wars Sesame Street. But didnt know about the others. How come there isnt a Indiana Jones Sesame Street yet? Raiders of the lost letter.
reply

I always wanted Sesame Street to do a math themed parody of Steven Universe called Even Universe about even numbers.
Names for the sketch:
Steven = Even (played by Ernie)
Garnet = Garneight (Garn8)
Pearl = Fourl (4l)
Amethyst = Amesix (Ame6)

reply

What kids watching Sesame Street are also watching Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Hunger Games and Stranger Things to get the references? Imagine a little kid decided to check those shows only to see inappropriate content
reply

Ah, my childhood! I was in preschool when I first watched it
I had to get hone before 3: 30 pm to watch it
By that time, I was already sitting on my cute little butt, and watching it with rapt attention

reply

The parody that I loved (and was surprised by) was when guest star Susan Sarandon and the Count walked up to a castle on a stormy night to use their phone - yep, a total Rocky Horror reference! Hilarious!
reply

#1 Game of Chairs
When the Eddard Stark muppet yells STOP THE MUSIC! I'm not sure if he's beating up Grover slapping him or knocking him into the other people playing the musical chairs game

reply

My favorite parodys on this list are
1: star smores (star wars)
2: aveggies age of bon bon (avengers)
3: game of chairs (game of thrones)
4: the cookie of oz (the wizard of oz)

reply

8: 23/8: 24 Grouch Apprentice is the WORST Sesame Street spoof EVER
SERIOUSLY Who at PBS thought ripping off USA President Donald Trump and getting away with it WAS A GOOD IDEA!

reply

The best part in Game Of Chairs was when the kid who was obviously supposed to be Joffrey lost and Grover said, Looks like you choked
reply

Did you also happen to know that Sesame Street also did a crossover with Star Wars, before it actually parodied the series?

The episode The Letter X is a parody of the x files. Its actually kind of scary, so much so that i think it was taken off air.
reply

I was surprised you didn't mention the episode where Bert was reading his favorite book 50 shades of grey. oatmeal hahahhah
reply

I was SHOCKED when I learned that Sesame Street parodied Stranger Things, The Walking Dead, and Game Of Thrones.
reply

I forgot how much they reference all of these very adult shows. I remember the True Blood Parody (True Mud) and Mad Men
reply

There oughta be a Sesame Street parody of The Whale (the Brendan Fraser film); the Muppet character would be a whale.
reply

4: 18
I just realize the poster in the background is a parody of Black Phanter and the Lion King Broadway musical
