I could tell you of 1, 000 celeb red carpet moments where the blue eyeshadow was too much but that would be a list of Worst Blue Eyeshadow moments not worst makeup.

The fact that yall said there makeup was expertly applied sweetie all these actresses and musicians all need to fire their makeup artist and find someone thats qualified lol. None of my clients would ever look like this.

To be fair it's hard for a black girl (especially dark skinned girls) to find good makeup. The makeup industry has ignored us until the last 5ish years so we have to work in a white makeup world.

Im a makeup artist self taught and I can only say how? How did they not notice? Like yes the powder may have flashback but even though it is noticed under normal light please!

To be fair, after the celeb leaves the artists chair, they no longer have control on if they will powder their face later at the event. So you cant blame the artist for that.
