Fun facts with me: Meat is a class 1a carcinogen. The foods that cause inflammation in the body is: Dairy Milk, Meat, Eggs, Fried foods, and Sugar (in that order. Animals are scientifically proven to be more sentient than humans including marine life. All of the common killers of humans are all consequence of an omnivorous diet, and a plant-based diet is the one thing scientifically proven to reverse such killers. Based on the history and science, it was discovered that humans where plant-based up till the ice age, when plants became scarce, this is the only reason we began eating meat. Human teeth mirror that of a herbivore, not a omnivore or carnivore. There is no such thing as humane slaughter. The number 1 reason for global warming and deforestation is animal agriculture. We are in the middle of the sixth mass extinction because of animal agriculture. Over 97% of all products and medications tested on animals fail in human trials. Animal testing is expensive, while there are more cheaper, ethical and more accurate options. From Antibiotic resistance, by 2050, 10 million people each year will die. If humans do not reduce their animal and animal byproduct consumption by at least 90%, humans are predicted to go extincted by 2100. All religions preach peace, therefore if you are religious, your deity would condemn the animal exploitation industry or the support of it as it is an antonym of peace. Animal derived clothing especially leather are the most damaging material to the environment and to the health of those in developing countries especially children, the chemicals are imminently cancerous. All life in animal exploitation industries are unvalued and exploited; non-human and human animals.
Fellow Vegans please add to my list of FACTS.

Just remember if you are going to be one of those holier than thou jerks, you might want to make sure any and all supplements you take are 100% vegan. lots of supplements, especially cheaper ones use some form of animal derived ingredients. The money you save on meat can easily take a hit in expensive supplements and trips to the doctor to get blood work or because you have a health issue due to deficiencies. Also, keep in mind most of the clothes you might buy or the packaging of almost anything you own has at some point been in an animal. If you really care about animals, don't wear clothes, don't buy anything in a box that is made of dead trees and glue that came from a horse that didn't cross the finish line at the Kentucky Derby and don't cuss me out because I choose to obey my instinct to eat meat. Also don't eat McDonald's French Fries, they are infused with natural beef flavor.

It takes approx. 1847 gallons of water to produce ONE pound of beef.
Producing a single hamburger takes up 660 gallons of water, which equals 2 months of showering.
The meat industry produces more greenhouse gases than all cars, boats, planes, trains and trucks in the world TOGETHER.
Raising animals for food takes is also the leading cause of rainforest destruction. It is responsible for up to 91% of the Brazilian Amazon destruction.
Compare that to palm oil; which is responsible for 26 million acres destroyed, animal agriculture destroys 136 million acres.
Agriculture is responsible for 80-90% of all US water consumption.
1000 gallons of water is required to produce 1 gallon of milk.
Animal agriculture is the leading cause of species extinction, ocean dead zones, water pollution and habitat destruction.

am remaining omnivore, am kinda fat not obese, just fat, but since am doing more movement and plan to go at a football academy (am a tween)so that i lose fat, i tink humans were maked to be omnivore. we just need to balance our diets and i also tink, the more u eat, the more movement, tho, it depends what ur body asks for, it might ask for no salt and meat, it might ask for vegetables, it might require an omnivore diet, if us human survived today is cause were omnivores, we adapted to eat any food(ofc not poisoned ones) but meat, once is cooked his batteria dies whic will led to like no food poisoning at all.

Well, if some farms are filthy, surly they all must be.
Meat, fruit, or vegetables, the secret to loosing weight is to burn more calories than you're taking in. That's why we're fat, and the cavemen weren't - we can order food, they had to hunt exhaustively for it.
#1 reason not to become Vegan - God said nothing He made was unclean. Beef, vegetables, pork, fruit, chicken, eat it all! Just be mindful of how much. If you only regularly burn 200 calories a day, it's not wise to eat 2, 000. No matter how enticing that all-you-can-eat buffet and salad bar might be.

you should do a video on why you shouldn't eat produce.
You can get hepatitis A and any other type of disease you can get from meat from dirty produce. Farms still have a likelihood of passing on E Coli from unwashed vegetables because they were watered with dirty water.
And lol- only 4 extra years on average for a non-meat eater? You do realise that non-meat eaters aren't necessarily healthier either? Different diseases are contracted from a vegan diet. It's not healthy to be a huge meat eater but it's also not healthy to not eat meat.

Humans can live with plants only, therefore they should. Taking a life (in this case trillions of lives) for tastebud pleasure can never be right. Took me many years to realize and understand that. The lack of education and awareness is shocking.
Please give insightful documentaries like Cowspiracy (environment, Earthlings (animals and environment, What the Health (health, Land of Hope and Glory (animals - UK, Seaspiracy (fish and environment, Forks over knives, etc. a chance, you won't regret it.

Vegans have higher moral standards than most people which is fine, but many products they use such as computers are a product of human exploitation which ultimately makes them hypocrites. They shouldnt press their ethical standards on others thinking they have moral superiority when in modern civilisation we are all causing suffering. We follow the standards of western civilisation which is why we dont kill pets or people. Love it or leave it.

Virtually impossible to tell the difference between meat and non meat foods
Alright- go eat some vegan chocolate or cheese and tell me you can't tell the difference- because that would make you a liar.
Fishless filet does in no way shape or form even taste like a fish filet and neither does any meat substitute. Textures don't match and the flavors never match.

Ah, I love how meat eaters are frightened of vegans, because they think we wanna steal something from them and how they hate facing the fact, that a vegetarian/vegan person is more healthy. Guys, just because you click the dislike button the hard facts won't go away. Neither does you obesity or the fact that animals are treated like shit.

I'm vegetarian but when I'm living on my own I am going to go vegan I honestly love being vegetarian I feels soo much better and I get less headaches. Before I went vegetarian my anxiety was horrible but afterwards my anxiety decreased significantly. I strongly beleive in going vegetarian or vegan (if you can do it properly)

My issue is that I find at least 70% of plant food disgusting, no matter how you prepare it. I force myself to eat some of it because I know it's healthy. but generally, I like to mix my food. Humans are omnivores by design and I'm not about to change what suits me just fine.
I do wish pastries are healthy though.

We all know all vegetables grown on earth are free from pesticids and chemicals, right?
Or they all are natural without any genetic modification, right?
Or that an increase in the demand for vegan products would NEVER add more species on the endangered list because of deforestation, riiiiiiight?

Vegan diet is the most climate friendly diet, which, along with personal health, is the biggest reason for me to consider going vegan. I think I'll start with vegetarianism, though. My boyfriend, whom I live with, is very opposed to dairy substitutes

Some of us don't have a choice, I went veggie and ended up in hospital so many times cause my body just could not absorb the iron it needed from alternatives. I tried everything, but in the end I just had to eat meat again.

If the world went vegan, we'd be able to end world hunger 14x over. Thankfully scientists predict by 2050 the world will be forced to go vegetarian due to climate change. As a vegan of almost 2 years, I'm rooting for it.

I have nothing against people who are vegan, in fact some of my friends are vegans, but there's no need to judge a person's diet, as I'm seeing in some comments. We're all different and have different food needs.

Plants are living things too. Plant lives matter and we shouldn't harm them for a selfish reason of sustenance!
So, I've switched to eating rocks.

An average person eats 200lbs of meat a year and they later say 1 vegan could save up to 100 animals from slaughter each year. That math doesn't add up.

How exactly does someone being vegan save animals? Surely the same animals are being killed it's just that more meat may be wasted.

Yea but meat is in our natural diet. We evolved to be omnivores and eat a healthy balance to get all nutrients.
