If I were to introduce kids to A Christmas Carol, i wouldn't start with The Muppet Christmas Carol, why you ask, because the main reason they had the two hecklers play the Marley Brothers, that one that invented for the Story, as other versions there is only Jacob Marley, and if they see this version first, and another version, even not a Disney version they would be confused and might say hey where is the other Marley brother?

If Nightmare Before Christmas had been any higher on this list, I would have given it a thumbs down. If Tim Burton had gone into Botany instead of movie, the cinematic world would have lost nothing of significance, including Nightmare Before Christmas, a loathsome film.

I kind of liked the sequels to the Santa clause more than the original movie. Mainly because of the villains toy Santa in 2 and Jack Frost played amazingly by Martin short. They just brought an edge to those movies.
