Rating: 4.0; Vote: 1
Our hearts are still burning from these last TV kisses. Were looking at the most memorable final TV kisses before a couple breaks up or, perhaps, one of them dies. In some cases, the couple reunites later down the line, but - at the time - these kisses still felt definitive. MsMojo ranks the most passionate last TV kisses. Which last TV kiss had you swooning?

Three big missing kisses:
1. Chloe & Lucifer from the last episode of Lucifer, the most heartbreaking kiss I've seen in ages
2. Davina & Kol from the second season of The Originals, their last dance broke my heart to pieces and was my favourite goodbye scene ever
3. Emma & Hook from the fifth season of Once Upon a Time, their goodbye was beautiful and made me cry really badly

I think Angel and Cordys kiss in Angel 5x12 (Youre Welcome) shouldve been on this list, at least honorable mention. It was really the only real time they kissed and kind of over before it started kind of tragic love. Plus that kiss was pretty important for the series finale.

Jamie and Claire shouldve been number one because that scene in front those stone were so long, intense and full of love and I cried two hours after watching it. I had to talk to my therapist about it: ) That scene was magical, pure gold and so so so so heartbreaking!

After seeing this Im even more convinced that because Katherine never truly dies elena never wanted to risk it therefore never got back with stefan despite being in love with him rather damon but unfortunately its too late for those who watch the show know why

Ms mojo do a video on xena warrior princess and the lame excuses they gave us for a kiss between the two main characters. Then show the death of xena after rob tapert said he wouldnt kill her. Then look at the complete opposite treatment that Hercules got.

MsMojo: Jamie doesn't send Claire back because of Black Jack (he was already dead at that point, he send her back because she's was pregnant, and since their first child was born dead, they wanted to ensure that the second one was safe in the future! .

The Claire and Jamie reunion is one of the most beautifully well-acted scenes ever. It's heartbreaking, romantic, awkward, devastating, funny, the music choice is phenomenal as well. Never seen such a monumental scene done such justice in tv before.

best last tv kiss? - how can the significance of restoring 5 years of the hardest won love and lives between 'perfect' soulmates not register a mention when - a kiss - is the last/only remaining action? miss mojo! charah!

Personally, I would put Ianto and Jack as more than just an honourable mention. Torchwood is one of my favourite programs, but I haven't been able to bring myself to watch past that episode. I cried for days.
reply

ugh, Fred and Wesley. They could have at least given us ONE episode of them being together, happy and worry free. Was that too much to ask for Whedon? ONE episode of them being a cutesy couple? Just one!

You left out Jamie's best line in that scene. He tells Claire that when he has to explain his actions to the Almighty, he can only offer Lord, you have me a rare woman. And God I loved her well. sighs

MY TOP:
1) Buffy & Angel (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
2) Stefan & Elena (The Vampire Diaries)
3) Jake & Peyton (One Tree Hill)
4) Sun & Jin (Lost)
5) Klaus & Caroline (The Originals)

post-my TVD obsession and delena days, i have reached a cloud of clarity when it comes to Stelena. I still don't like it, but Damn is Paul Wesley a cryer. I felt myself losing it when it came to his scene.
reply

outlander DESTROYS me. I was an emotional blubbering mess after that goodbye. The way they make you feel so much for those characters is incredible. It will go down as one of my favorite shows of all time.
reply

Interesting list. but for sure some more couples could've been added from The vampire diaries. Jenna and Alaric. Bonnie and Enzo to name a few. but for sure McSteamy and lil Grey.
reply

How could you not add the Lucifer deckerstar last kiss? It was literal the saddest kiss ever, and should have been included. There was so much love and pain in it.
reply

My Mind when he said: I got 'bottom', so. your on 'top'.
Also me: please tell me i wasn't the only one who understood what he meant, when he said that; w;

I dont know a first thing about shameless but the dude s smile in prison like he says I am in prison but Im just happy because I am with you it s soooo sweet
reply

Seriously? That scene in Torchwood had more emotional weight than iCarly or Vampire Diaries could ever DREAM to pull of and its an honourable mention!
reply

STELENA (they should have been number one, plus why didn't you put their real last kiss, Klaroline, Gallavich, Clexa, Peyton & Jake, Freddie & Sam
