I had a good laugh looking at Billy Porter's over the top outfit. Yes, in my eyes it was outlandish, almost as if he'd come in costume. But this gentleman looked as if he was playing a part in a movie. Billy, the pimp, only needed one thing to complete the look, one of his girls hanging on his arm.
I'm not being critical nor am I judging him. I am just stating my opinion of his bizarre and quirky clothing choice. I'm sure he made people stand up and take notice; it definitely got my attention

Jameela looked beautiful. they all do actually. but I do agree with a lot of comments saying Zendaya was #1. STUNNING! Also, at 7: 30 is it me or does Jameela have a wardrobe malfunction? I think her top fell too far?

Zendaya cannot simply be described as best dressed. she's more of a vibe. Even if she wore a burlap sack she would still ooze elegance, sophistication and whimsical fun all mixed together. It's her, not the dress.
